Leads design direction across multiple client projects, translating business and user needs into accessible, user-centered web and mobile experiences. Manages client collaboration, user research, design systems, prototyping, quality assurance, and cross-functional delivery. Mentors junior designers, develops team capabilities, improves workflows, and ensures creative quality, consistency, and timely execution while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Supports business development through consultative lead conversion, client meeting preparation, sales collateral, proposals, case studies, capability documents, and meeting documentation. The role coordinates with internal teams, conducts background research, maintains client follow-up, and creates polished, persuasive materials using Google Slides and Google Workspace.

Develop outbound sales pipelines across global markets through prospect research, cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Generate and qualify B2B leads, achieve meeting and pipeline targets, nurture prospects, maintain CRM records, analyze market intelligence, automate reporting and sales workflows, and position the company’s creative design services for prospective clients.

Own inbound B2B sales from lead qualification through discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, contracting, and closure across global markets. Build executive relationships, collaborate with design, strategy, technical, marketing, and delivery teams, manage pipeline and revenue targets, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure smooth handoffs. Translate customer insights into business strategy while driving consultative, value-led growth for design and digital transformation engagements.

Own complex UX projects end to end, leading research, strategy, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences, build scalable design systems, and maintain high visual quality. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders; manage and mentor designers; present design decisions; and oversee timelines, documentation, accessibility, usability, and project outcomes across client engagements.

Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including workforce intake, job description creation, proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines through creative channels, deliver a strong candidate experience, support employer branding, maintain accurate hiring data, build dashboards, and use AI and recruiting tools to improve efficiency.

Create pixel-perfect visual and interactive designs for consumer and enterprise apps across iOS, Android, hybrid, and responsive web platforms. Translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences, develop scalable design systems and component libraries, produce visualizations and infographics, and prepare assets and style guides for developer handoff. Collaborate with designers, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while maintaining UI documentation and design consistency.

Own the end-to-end product design process across web and mobile, including user research, workshops, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces, and design systems. Conduct usability testing and design audits, communicate design decisions, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to preserve design intent through implementation.

Create and publish branded content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Responsibilities include producing reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos; capturing studio moments; managing a content calendar; engaging with online communities; monitoring trends; maintaining brand consistency; and analyzing basic performance metrics.

Leads creative direction and end-to-end design delivery across research, strategy, and user experience projects. Mentors and manages designers, facilitates workshops, defines design strategies, reviews quality, engages clients, develops concepts for new business, and establishes efficient design processes. Requires strong expertise in user research, accessible design, design systems, prototyping, storytelling, client presentations, and design leadership.
