Job Summary
Behind every great team is someone who knows how to find the right people. As a Talent Specialist at NetBramha, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent that shapes the future of our design studio. You'll leverage modern sourcing strategies, hiring platforms, and professional networks to attract high-quality talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process.
- Sit with hiring managers early, understand what they actually need (not just what the job spec says), and help them make confident, well-informed decisions instead of rushed ones.
- Finding people who aren't even looking! The best candidates aren't always on job boards. You'll build relationships through LinkedIn, referrals, design communities, events, and whatever creative channel gets results, and you'll stay in touch with great people even when we don't have an opening for them yet.
- Creating the job descriptions as per the required roles.
- Every job post, every interview, every candidate email is a chance to show people what NetBramha is really like. You'll help build that reputation deliberately; through campaigns, community presence, and just doing right by every candidate.
- You'll keep our hiring data honest, build dashboards that actually help, and look for ways AI and better tools can take the grunt work off your plate so you can focus on people.
What you’ll own
- Owning hiring, start to finish. You'll take a role from "we need someone" to "welcome aboard", figuring out what a team really needs, writing job posts people actually want to read, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and making sure offers and onboarding go smoothly.
- You'll be the person hiring managers turn to for advice, the first impression most candidates get of who we are, and the reason our new hires show up on day one already feeling like they belong.
Requirements
Who are we looking for:
- 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, having genuinely owned the process end-to-end; not just one piece of it.
- A knack for finding people who aren't actively job hunting, and turning that into a real pipeline.
- Strong communication skills - with candidates, hiring managers, in interviews, everywhere.
- An eye for both skill and fit, with the confidence to weigh in on both, and good judgment when it's time to decide.
- Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting things done, and getting them done well.
- Comfortable juggling several open roles at once without dropping the ball.
- Proactive and independent, with a habit of taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and an ATS (or the ability to pick new ones up fast).
- Comfortable using AI tools to source, screen, or just save yourself time.
- Genuinely enjoys trying new approaches to hiring instead of doing it the same way every time.
- Sees recruiting as relationship-building, not transaction-closing.
- Solid time management, with a track record of hitting deadlines.
- Bonus: experience in design, digital product, or tech hiring; you'll pick up our world faster.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
- Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Attention to detail and strong execution
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Proactive and independent working style

- Comfort using AI tools for sourcing or screening
- Ability to try innovative recruiting approaches
