Your Purpose to the Team:
- Support in converting leads to long term clients through consultative selling
- Elevate presentation quality ensuring every pitch & deck is polished & impactful
- Support structured & strategic client engagements through thorough planning & preparation
- Present our capabilities through professionally designed & well-written documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business goals with design capabilities & tailor accordingly
What You’ll Own & Drive:
- Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoMs): Documenting conversations with clear summaries, defined action points, & responsible stakeholder
- Creating Sales Collateral: Designing pitch decks, client case studies & capability documents that tell compelling stories
- Drafting Business Proposals & Documents: Writing & formatting proposals, internal notes & supporting materials for client conversations
- Client Meeting Preparation: Curating structured content, background research & formatting aligned with business needs & strategic goals along with consistent followup across tools, mails, Linkedin etc.
- Upholding Presentation Excellence: Building visually compelling decks in Google Slides & maintaining clear, structured documentation across Google Suite.

- Strong proficiency in G Suite tools / Excel
