Assemble and solder electronic components, subassemblies, and printed circuit boards using work instructions, drawings, hand tools, soldering equipment, and inspection procedures. Perform through-hole and SMT assembly, component rework, depaneling, cleaning, tinning, conformal coating, testing, and defect inspection while following IPC-A-610 Class 3, J-STD-001, MIL-STD, and ESD requirements.

Leads Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations. Analyzes production data, facilitates process optimization and value stream mapping, reduces waste and variation, improves KPIs, and delivers cost and cycle-time reductions. Develops standard work and dashboards, supports manufacturing systems and compliance, and trains and mentors Lean practitioners, managers, and frontline teams while sustaining improvements through audits and governance.

Manage production planning, customer delivery commitments, and supply-demand decisions. Track material alignment to manufacturing work orders, coordinate delivery commitments, initiate schedule changes, analyze demand and material impacts, expedite procurement, reprioritize production, and communicate revised ship dates. Support excess and obsolete material analysis, engineering change implementation, MRB-related procurement activities, quality audits, and cross-functional planning with customers, program managers, buyers, and manufacturing teams.

Directs engineering activities across multiple sites, overseeing manufacturing, process, and test engineering teams. Leads manufacturing planning, process validation, FMEA, new product introduction, ECO procedures, process improvement, labor quoting, capital equipment planning, and production support. Partners with leadership and production to improve revenue, costs, quality, safety, and cycle times. Manages staff and technical projects while ensuring compliance with IPC, ESD, ISO, environmental health and safety, and corporate operational standards.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. Support internal, external, and regulatory audits; manage document control; review CAPAs and verify effectiveness; conduct process compliance audits; track customer complaints; support corrective actions and continuous improvement; and provide QMS training and induction support.

Leads purchasing and sourcing strategy for raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and services. Manages procurement staff, supplier performance, contracts, inventory flow, cost-reduction initiatives, material availability, risk assessments, and supplier quality. Partners with plant, engineering, product, accounting, and program teams to optimize sourcing, inventory, pricing, and delivery while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, environmental regulations, ITAR, CUI, and counterfeit-risk requirements.

Oversee site supply chain functions including procurement, production planning, material movement, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Lead demand management, ERP planning parameters, capacity planning, supply chain modeling, inventory optimization, and customer demand analysis. Develop action plans for cost reduction and performance targets, manage materials personnel, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, security, and 6S standards.

Serves as the primary customer contact, managing relationships, account operations, quoting, agreements, product delivery, escalations, financial objectives, and new product introductions. Develops existing customer business, coordinates cross-functional teams, prevents excess and obsolete inventory exposure, and supports strategic and operational improvements. This home-office role requires substantial EMS and account/program management experience, U.S. citizenship, and up to 50% travel.

Leads the site program management organization, ensuring program quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and issue escalation. Oversees program meetings, new product development support, sales forecasting, staff supervision, training, mentoring, and competency improvement. The role requires working with fine tools under a microscope in a controlled production environment.

Supports and improves electronics manufacturing processes and equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, cleaning, and testing systems. Programs, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment; evaluates materials and new installations; analyzes yield and defect data; develops process improvements; prepares capital investment proposals and reports; guides production employees; collaborates with vendors and business groups; and ensures compliance with IPC, ISO, EHS, quality, and 6S standards.

Maintain and manage assembly and customer documentation and ERP records. Upload, verify, edit, and release BOMs; assign and implement ECOs; link electronic documents; perform line-by-line reviews against customer documentation; create and distribute product folders; support ISO quality systems and site 6S objectives; operate scanning equipment and perform other assigned duties.

Assemble and solder electronic components and subassemblies using a soldering iron under magnification. Follow ESD/MSD and IPC standards, perform fine-pitch and thru-hole soldering, inspect workmanship, apply flux and clean tips, use electronic manufacturing systems, and support ISO and 6S quality and safety procedures. Must meet ITAR eligibility and pass background and drug screening.

Lead the site quality organization: maintain ISO certifications, manage nonconforming product disposition and MRB, drive continuous improvement, calibration, supplier quality, training, regulatory compliance (FDA/ITAR), and quality metrics.

Support product sustaining engineering by installing and maintaining ATE and functional test stations, programming/maintaining test fixtures, performing failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, supporting manufacturing production goals, and following ISO/6S/quality procedures.

Lead the Customer Focus Team and act as voice of the customer to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, program profitability, and issue escalation. Manage orders, change control (ECO/ECN), metrics reporting (quality, delivery, inventory), pricing/MSA coordination, E&O mitigation, and cross-functional communication with operations, supply chain, and account management.

Perform PCBA rework and inspection using rework equipment (SRT/AirVac), microscope and X-ray; enter rework data into MES; order replacement parts via MT forms; set up and support rework machines; follow ESD, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 and safety procedures; perform other assigned duties.

Implement and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects at the Mason facility. Facilitate Kaizen events, collect/process data, troubleshoot production issues, lead cross-functional teams, document processes, and deliver results using MS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools.
