Perform VALOR-based DFM analyses of PCBA layouts against IPC and component guidelines, produce risk-assessed reports recommending design changes to improve manufacturability, quality, and yield.

Lead end-to-end B2B demand generation and growth marketing for EMS customers in aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical markets. Own funnel strategy, multi-channel campaigns, analytics and attribution, web optimization, CRM/marketing automation, ABM, and sales enablement. Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing messaging, produce thought leadership and case studies, and partner with sales and business development to drive pipeline and awarded programs.

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement for production and customers, manage CAPA/DMR/MRB/RMA processes, support NPI and supplier issues, perform audits and QMS documentation, use quality tools (FMEA, MSA, AQL) and mentor junior engineers to meet ISO9001/AS9100 and customer requirements.

Perform sustaining test engineering for ATE and functional test stations: install/maintain testers and programs (flying probe, ICT, boundary-scan), support customer focus teams and manufacturing, perform failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, update tester documentation, analyze tester capacity and manufacturing failures, and ensure compliance with ISO, ESD/MSD, and 6S standards.

Manage and analyze supplier and supply-chain data to produce spend reports, cost templates, supplier setup, vendor scorecards, and performance metrics. Maintain material metrics, perform data mining, create price maintenance templates, audit supplier data and align supply chain policies with corporate goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support and optimize LTCC manufacturing processes (green tape, via punching/filling, screen printing, lamination, firing). Program, troubleshoot, and maintain process equipment; analyze yield/defects; implement process improvements; develop SOPs and capital project proposals; ensure compliance with EHS, ISO quality systems, and 6S; train/guide production personnel and interact with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Lead design, development, and validation of RF/microwave circuits and high-frequency PCBs. Perform schematic capture, simulation, layout, and material selection. Use ADS, HFSS, and AWR for modeling; optimize impedance matching, SI, and EMI. Develop test plans and validate with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. Collaborate with mechanical, PCB, and manufacturing teams, support prototypes and production ramp, and interface with customers.

Lead and execute Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events, conduct Gemba walks, analyze performance data, train and coach teams, monitor KPIs, and report progress to senior management to drive sustainable waste reduction and process improvements.

Lead the Customer Focus Team to manage customer relationships, drive satisfaction, maintain profitability, coordinate sales order changes, implement ECO/ECN, monitor metrics (inventory, quality, delivery, E&O), escalate issues, and develop new business opportunities while ensuring ISO and 5S compliance.

Improve manufacturing processes through hands-on continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean) projects, troubleshoot production issues, collect/process data, lead cross-functional teams, and implement cost- and quality-focused process changes.

Design complex multi-layer (rigid, rigid-flex, HDI) PCBs for high-reliability aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical products. Lead component placement, high-speed and RF routing, stack-up definition, and SI/PI, EMI/EMC, thermal, and grounding strategies. Produce fabrication/assembly documentation, run DFM/DFT reviews, support CAD environments, and mentor team members.

Support product sustaining engineering by installing and maintaining ATE and functional test stations, programming/maintaining test fixtures, performing failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, supporting manufacturing production goals, and following ISO/6S/quality procedures.

Assemble and solder electronic components and subassemblies to printed circuit boards using soldering irons, hot air, and solder pots to IPC-A-610 Class 3/J-STD-001/Mil-STD standards. Read drawings, inspect PCBs, perform ESD-safe handling, depanel, clean with isopropyl alcohol, and use hand tools and test equipment. Follow work instructions, complete required tests/certifications, and support continuous improvement and 6S objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers. Implement drivers for peripherals, debug hardware/boards, optimize performance and power, use version control, support testing, validation, and production releases.

Manage plant financials including general ledger, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and inventory control. Prepare management reports and variance analyses, support audits, weekly business reviews, and partner with operations to improve costing, margins, and inventory accuracy.

Assemble and solder electronic components and subassemblies using a soldering iron under magnification. Follow ESD/MSD and IPC standards, perform fine-pitch and thru-hole soldering, inspect workmanship, apply flux and clean tips, use electronic manufacturing systems, and support ISO and 6S quality and safety procedures. Must meet ITAR eligibility and pass background and drug screening.

Operate and set up automatic and manual wire bond and ribbon bond equipment in a clean-room to assemble and inspect high-reliability microelectronic devices. Tune machine programs via computer, perform ESD and bond pull tests, inspect assemblies to drawings/specs using microscopes and fine tools, follow MIL-PRF-38534, adhere to clean-room and safety procedures, complete training, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the site quality organization: maintain ISO certifications, manage nonconforming product disposition and MRB, drive continuous improvement, calibration, supplier quality, training, regulatory compliance (FDA/ITAR), and quality metrics.

Lead the Customer Focus Team and act as voice of the customer to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, program profitability, and issue escalation. Manage orders, change control (ECO/ECN), metrics reporting (quality, delivery, inventory), pricing/MSA coordination, E&O mitigation, and cross-functional communication with operations, supply chain, and account management.

Prepare customer engineering documentation and BOMs for bids, perform labor quotations, interpret specifications and drawings, support cross-functional teams and CFT requests, recommend and implement process improvements, handle controlled documentation, and ensure compliance with IPC/ISO standards and ITAR/EAR.
