Leads the site program management organization, ensuring program quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and issue escalation. Oversees program meetings, new product development support, sales forecasting, staff supervision, training, mentoring, and competency improvement. Partners with business development, customers, and senior site leadership while supporting quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and 6S objectives.

Supports product and process implementation in a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment. Develops testing and manufacturing work instructions, interprets engineering specifications and schematics, supports production layouts, diagnoses issues, and assists with IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Participates in FMEA, DFM/DFA activities, ESD compliance, quality-system audits, employee training, and production objectives. The role requires working with fine tools under a microscope in a controlled production environment.

Supports and improves electronics manufacturing processes and equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, cleaning, and testing systems. Programs, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment; evaluates materials and new installations; analyzes yield and defect data; develops process improvements; prepares capital investment proposals and reports; guides production employees; collaborates with vendors and business groups; and ensures compliance with IPC, ISO, EHS, quality, and 6S standards.

Perform precision soldering and rework of electronic components and assemblies using soldering irons and microscopes. Follow ESD and MSD/MSL handling, apply flux, inspect workmanship to IPC standards, use OCuity manufacturing system, and support ISO and 6S quality processes on the production line.

Improves manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing, automation, workflow improvements, data collection, and hands-on technical support. Leads Kaizen and continuous improvement projects, troubleshoots production issues, develops corrective actions, improves yields and efficiency, and supports quality and cost objectives. Collaborates cross-functionally, documents process requirements and equipment specifications, presents project results, and coaches teams in Lean Six Sigma methods.

Perform VALOR-based DFM analyses of PCBA layouts against IPC and component guidelines, produce risk-assessed reports recommending design changes to improve manufacturability, quality, and yield.

Prepare customer engineering documentation and BOMs for bids, perform labor quotations, interpret specifications and drawings, support cross-functional teams and CFT requests, recommend and implement process improvements, handle controlled documentation, and ensure compliance with IPC/ISO standards and ITAR/EAR.

Maintain and manage assembly and customer documentation and ERP records. Upload, verify, edit, and release BOMs; assign and implement ECOs; link electronic documents; perform line-by-line reviews against customer documentation; create and distribute product folders; support ISO quality systems and site 6S objectives; operate scanning equipment and perform other assigned duties.

Maintain and update assembly and customer documentation and bills of material in the ERP. Implement ECOs, perform ERP data updates, link electronic documents, create product folders, and support ISO and site 6S quality systems. Verify BOMs against customer documentation and support documentation control tasks.

Lead execution and governance of ERP/MES/BI and related manufacturing systems (Epicor, Aegis), build and manage a small AI-enabled development team, drive process standardization, vendor oversight, data/BI governance, M&A systems readiness, and ensure compliance with ITAR/CUI and regulated manufacturing requirements.

Assemble and solder electronic components and subassemblies using a soldering iron under magnification. Follow ESD/MSD and IPC standards, perform fine-pitch and thru-hole soldering, inspect workmanship, apply flux and clean tips, use electronic manufacturing systems, and support ISO and 6S quality and safety procedures. Must meet ITAR eligibility and pass background and drug screening.

Operate and set up automatic and manual wire bond and ribbon bond equipment in a clean-room to assemble and inspect high-reliability microelectronic devices. Tune machine programs via computer, perform ESD and bond pull tests, inspect assemblies to drawings/specs using microscopes and fine tools, follow MIL-PRF-38534, adhere to clean-room and safety procedures, complete training, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform sustaining test engineering for ATE and functional test stations: install/maintain testers and programs (flying probe, ICT, boundary-scan), support customer focus teams and manufacturing, perform failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, update tester documentation, analyze tester capacity and manufacturing failures, and ensure compliance with ISO, ESD/MSD, and 6S standards.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers. Implement drivers for peripherals, debug hardware/boards, optimize performance and power, use version control, support testing, validation, and production releases.

Lead the site quality organization: maintain ISO certifications, manage nonconforming product disposition and MRB, drive continuous improvement, calibration, supplier quality, training, regulatory compliance (FDA/ITAR), and quality metrics.

Manage and analyze supplier and supply-chain data to produce spend reports, cost templates, supplier setup, vendor scorecards, and performance metrics. Maintain material metrics, perform data mining, create price maintenance templates, audit supplier data and align supply chain policies with corporate goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support product sustaining engineering by installing and maintaining ATE and functional test stations, programming/maintaining test fixtures, performing failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, supporting manufacturing production goals, and following ISO/6S/quality procedures.

Lead the Customer Focus Team and act as voice of the customer to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, program profitability, and issue escalation. Manage orders, change control (ECO/ECN), metrics reporting (quality, delivery, inventory), pricing/MSA coordination, E&O mitigation, and cross-functional communication with operations, supply chain, and account management.

Perform PCBA rework and inspection using rework equipment (SRT/AirVac), microscope and X-ray; enter rework data into MES; order replacement parts via MT forms; set up and support rework machines; follow ESD, IPC-A-610, ISO 9001 and safety procedures; perform other assigned duties.

Implement and support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects at the Mason facility. Facilitate Kaizen events, collect/process data, troubleshoot production issues, lead cross-functional teams, document processes, and deliver results using MS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools.
