Lead design, development, and validation of RF/microwave circuits and high-frequency PCBs. Perform schematic capture, simulation, layout, and material selection. Use ADS, HFSS, and AWR for modeling; optimize impedance matching, SI, and EMI. Develop test plans and validate with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. Collaborate with mechanical, PCB, and manufacturing teams, support prototypes and production ramp, and interface with customers.

Performs sustaining engineering for automated and functional test systems in electronics manufacturing. Installs, programs, maintains, and improves board- and system-level testers, fixtures, and test processes. Troubleshoots product and test-station failures, conducts root-cause and manufacturing data analysis, supports production goals, develops documentation, and collaborates with customers and manufacturing teams. Requires electronics debugging, test equipment, programming, communication protocol, and manufacturing test experience.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies for assigned customer accounts, overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory control, capacity planning, product launches, and transfers. Improve delivery performance, inventory optimization, working capital, and supply risk management. Lead supplier negotiations, repricing, and cost-reduction initiatives while coordinating Sales, Operations, Procurement, customers, suppliers, and remote materials teams.
