Leads daily operations for a closed-door long-term-care pharmacy, including staffing, workflow, medication dispensing and verification, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory, and controlled substances. Builds relationships with prescribers, nurses, caregivers, agencies, and healthcare partners while supporting team development and pharmacy growth.

Leads daily long-term-care pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, verification, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory and controlled-substance oversight. Hires, trains, and supports pharmacy staff while collaborating with prescribers, nurses, caregivers, agencies, and healthcare partners. Lead daily operations for a new long-term care pharmacy, including team hiring and training, medication dispensing and verification, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory and controlled-substance oversight, and collaboration with prescribers, nurses, caregivers, agencies, and healthcare partners. The role is responsible for building and supporting the pharmacy team and establishing the Little Rock location.

Lead daily pharmacy operations for an LTC-focused pharmacy serving individuals with IDD.
