Own daily accounts receivable operations, including payment posting, insurance reconciliation, statements, aging, collections, denials, and period close. Produce AR reporting on DSO, payor mix, collection and denial rates, and cash forecasting. Support audits, month-end close, variance analysis, and process improvements while maintaining accurate, reconciled, audit-ready records and handling confidential patient and payment information.

Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance and controlled-substance oversight, supervise and train staff, provide medication therapy management and patient counseling, maintain inventory, improve operational performance, and represent the pharmacy in the community while supporting an employee-ownership culture.

Provide clinical pharmacy services for individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs: verify multidose medication cards using AI-assisted systems, perform clinical consultations, conduct medication therapy management and drug interaction reviews, administer long-acting injectable injections, maintain real-time MARs, and participate in medication review committees while collaborating with care teams.
