Neighborhood is new to the Little Rock market, and we're looking for a Pharmacist-in-Charge to help build and lead our brand-new location.

This is a unique opportunity to build your own team and have a hand in shaping the pharmacy from the beginning, with the support of an established and growing LTC pharmacy behind you.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day
  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
  • Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
  • Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Oversee inventory and controlled substances
  • Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
  • Build relationships with local agencies and providers
  • Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows

Because this is a new location, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions and is excited about building a strong team and pharmacy in Little Rock.

Requirements


The Must-Haves
  • PharmD degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
  • 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Skills Required

  • PharmD degree from an accredited institution

  • At least 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
