Generate and qualify sales pipeline for Navina’s healthcare AI platform through outbound and inbound outreach. Research target accounts, personalize multichannel campaigns using email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualify healthcare decision-makers, maintain CRM records, support events, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, and optimize outreach using performance metrics.

Own and optimize revenue operations processes across sales and customer success, from lead through renewal. Drive adoption of GTM tools, build DealHub quoting workflows, create enablement programs, monitor SaaS KPIs, and deliver reports and analysis for leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and systems administrators while integrating AI tools into reporting, documentation, and process design.

Resolve customer technical issues within SLA, troubleshoot web applications and data-related problems, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Medical teams on complex escalations. Improve support processes, document solutions in the knowledge base, and contribute to troubleshooting methodologies. The role requires SQL and data analysis expertise, customer-facing communication, project management, and preferably programming and healthcare industry experience.

Own end-to-end technical project management for complex healthcare implementations, including Epic EMR integrations, interface activation, data validation, testing, go-live, and stabilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, manage project plans, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and executive communications. Apply expertise in healthcare workflows, interoperability, value-based care, risk adjustment, and quality programs to deliver successful implementations across health systems, hospitals, health plans, and provider organizations.

Supports the CEO and CTO with complex calendar management, international travel planning, meeting preparation, communications, expense tracking, investor relations, corporate events, document editing, and action-item follow-up. Serves as a professional liaison among executives, clients, and vendors while managing confidential information and shifting priorities. Requires strong Hebrew and English communication skills, exceptional organization, flexibility, and availability outside regular business hours when needed.

Provides hands-on IT support across employee devices, software, networks, infrastructure, meeting rooms, and access systems. Owns onboarding and offboarding, IT asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, procurement, documentation, permissions, endpoint security, and HIPAA-related compliance support. The role also automates repetitive IT processes using Python, Bash, or configuration management tools while troubleshooting issues and communicating clearly with nontechnical employees.

Lead the product strategy for Navina's Data Platform, manage product managers, and enhance data ingestion, processing, and access in healthcare.

Own and scale Navina's global B2B demand engine: build and optimize multi-channel paid and organic campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, ABM), improve website conversion through experimentation, identify emerging acquisition channels and AI opportunities, collaborate with content/design/sales, and manage external agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and enterprise pipeline growth.

Lead platform architecture and AI-first innovation for a cloud-native AWS SaaS healthcare product. Define standards, build POCs for LLM/agent integrations, evangelize AI tooling, enforce governance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

Lead and expand a Customer Success team for a digital health SaaS, drive strategic outcomes across health system accounts, manage implementations, advocate for clients, track KPI-driven account health, participate in product roadmap and cross-functional collaboration to increase engagement, retention, and upsell.
