Description

Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. Thousands of clinicians across the United States already use Navina’s AI-powered solution that transforms complex and fragmented patient data into concise “patient portraits" and actionable clinical insights at the point of care. With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time to giving better care to their patients.

Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.

We are looking for a strategic product leader to head one of Navina's core product domains. As we scale, we are growing the product organization across several areas - from the platform that powers our products to the clinical experiences physicians use every day.

In this role, you will own the product strategy and execution for your domain, while guiding and mentoring the product managers on your team. You'll work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, the rest of the Product group, and with partners and strategic customers — shaping how a meaningful part of Navina's offering operates and scales.

This is a role for someone who drives execution and thrives in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, balancing short-term business needs with long-term scalability and strategy.
  • Own the product vision end-to-end, ensuring your domain serves both its direct users and the broader needs of the business.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth, collaboration, and a culture of ownership and impact.
  • Support your team in translating complex technical and clinical requirements into clear product specifications, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business impact.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, Customer Success, the entire PM group, and external partners and strategic clients to design and prioritize initiatives.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers to ground your roadmap in real-world needs.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives end-to-end, coordinating dependencies and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
  • Establish key metrics to measure performance, adoption, and impact on product outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience leading product teams, with a strong track record of growing people and helping them succeed.
  • A track record of taking products from zero to one, or of meaningfully scaling an existing one.
  • Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast growth, and evolving processes, while maintaining focus on scalable solutions.
  • Proven experience leading B2B products and collaborating with partners and strategic customers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strong technical orientation and curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Significant advantage

  • Experience with digital health products, or a background in the healthcare field — particularly the US healthcare market.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data ecosystems (EMRs, HIEs, clinical data).
  • Experience leading large-scale data platforms, including ingestion, transformation, and access layers.

You don't need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We hire people, not checklists. If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Do

Navina was born with the vision to create a new world where the time-consuming chaos of patient data is replaced by a logical actionable platform that makes it possible for every physician to assess even the most complex cases in minutes. Our technology creates a new era of simplicity by restructuring disorganized data into an intelligible patient portrait, intuitively organized for sophisticated and empathetic patient care. We use AI and machine learning to make sure that what's most important is immediately clear, diagnostically linked, and contextually surfaced, so physicians can have the entirety of each patient’s data. The result: optimum patient wellness and enhanced financial performance for providers and payers. Navina is a partner of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Innovation Lab.
