Performs microbiological analyses of raw materials, finished products, water, environmental monitoring samples, and culture media. Manages lot releases and blocks in SAP, records nonconformities, segregates rejected materials, maintains laboratory samples and standards, monitors equipment and infrastructure, manages reagent inventory, and reports corrective maintenance needs and quality deviations. The role requires shift availability and knowledge of quality concepts, quality tools, SAP, Microsoft Office, and basic microbiology laboratory routines.

Manages occupational health and safety activities at Natura’s São Paulo distribution center. Responsibilities include near-miss programs, CIPA elections, safety dialogues, work permits, PPE and safety equipment validation, contractor training and audits, equipment-operator documentation, and Excel-based reporting. The role also supports BI and dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI.
