Coordinate a team of four managing third-party suppliers/contract manufacturers: supplier qualification and audits, quotes and cost analysis, SKU setup, pricing and market reports, contract negotiations, budgets, productivity projects, crisis supply management, cross-functional work with Quality, stakeholder management, and people development.

Provide legal support for the Andean market, assisting the legal team with legal management tasks and administrative activities. Support includes documentation, basic legal research, and day-to-day administrative duties as an intern.

Coordinate the Learning & Development hub: analyze competency gaps, design and deliver training programs, create learning paths and microlearnings, measure training KPIs and ROI, manage vendors and training budget.

Lead and negotiate strategic and operational labor and union matters, promote a culture of respect and equity, diagnose improvement opportunities, implement creative solutions (including AI) to optimize labor relations, anticipate organizational risks, and monitor inflation and market indicators related to collective negotiations.
