Manages significant media investments, budgets, agencies, and strategic partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and offline media providers. Translates performance data into strategic decisions, develops integrated media ecosystems, drives experimentation, and collaborates with CRM, Product, and E-commerce teams to improve conversion, consumer journeys, and business growth.

Coordinates Natura’s Learning Ecosystem Hub, identifying technical and behavioral competency gaps, planning training aligned with company goals and budget, designing instructional content and learning paths, delivering training and microlearning, measuring effectiveness and ROI, managing external providers, and overseeing the learning and development budget.
