Líder técnico responsável pela infraestrutura e bancos de dados: projetar, operar e otimizar ambientes de BD, garantir disponibilidade, performance, backups e segurança; liderar times, definir padrões, automação e monitoramento, e colaborar com desenvolvimento e stakeholders para escalabilidade.

Supports the Digital Operations Coordinator by building, testing, and maintaining low- and medium-complexity n8n automations for call center processes. Maps manual workflows, documents business rules, monitors automation errors, provides first-level support, extracts basic performance metrics, and gathers operator feedback. The role also assists with training, dashboard updates, system integrations, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through no-code, low-code, data, and AI solutions.

Coordinates the Data Science and AI function, managing the portfolio of analytics initiatives from conception through production. Leads technical teams, partners with business stakeholders, ensures ML governance, quality, security, reproducibility, and MLOps practices, and tracks model performance and business impact. The role also develops team talent, prioritizes projects, manages risks, and translates technical topics for executives.
