Manage the production and operation of Natura’s direct-sales magazine, coordinating schedules, briefs, agency interfaces, internal approvals, copy, artwork, photography, proofreading, graphic production, and final printing. Maintain and update essential Excel spreadsheets to ensure magazine layouts align with marketing strategies, product information, and stakeholder revisions. The role requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, reporting, and coordination skills.

Develops AI-enabled learning and development solutions aligned with organizational transformation needs. Coordinates enterprise-wide development offerings, manages learning gamification strategies and calendars, measures outcomes, engages stakeholders across Latin America, collaborates on organizational change initiatives, oversees external partner contracting and payments, and prepares training and development reports for leadership.

Build, optimize, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines in Databricks using PySpark and SQL. Transform raw data into scalable, high-quality dimensional data products using Medallion architecture. Apply performance tuning, data modeling, automated testing, CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and data governance through Unity Catalog to support BI and data science teams.
