What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Quais são as principais Responsabilidades:
- Construir soluções de Tecnologia com IA para suportar as ofertas de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento atreladas às necessidades dos movimentos de transformação organizacional (competências críticas)
- Engajar e potencializar as ofertas de desenvolvimento de maneira coordenada e cross para toda a organização e nossos colaboradores
- Cuidar da estratégia de gameficação das ações de aprendizagem e trilhas
(running do plano/calendário completo: ativação, execução, sustentação e medição de resultados) buscando oportunidades de melhora e com orientação ao resultado;
- Gestão de stakeholders internos, especialmente com países da América Latina;
- Atuar em sinergia com outras áreas que aplicam desenvolvimento e gestão de mudança na Natura; zelando pelo cuidado dos recursos e alinhamento com a estratégia;
- Acompanhar os processos de contratação e pagamento de parceiros externos;
- Elaborar e gerenciar relatórios de T&D à Gestão responsável
