Leads corporate partnership development for the Florida Panthers while carrying a personal new-business sales quota. Sources, pitches, negotiates, and closes sponsorship agreements; manages pipelines and CRM activity; recruits, coaches, and holds partnership sellers accountable; develops sales strategies, pricing, and inventory plans; and collaborates across marketing, ticketing, legal, finance, and venue operations to grow revenue.

Leads the logistical planning and execution of arena events, including hockey games, concerts, family shows, sporting events, and private functions. Manages event staff, clients, promoters, vendors, labor, rigging, costs, venue maps, safety, facility readiness, and event communications. Provides direct oversight and training to event teams, develops operating procedures, supports settlements and estimates, resolves guest issues, and serves as Manager on Duty. Requires extensive on-site work, flexible hours, and leadership under pressure.

Manages 24/7 arena security operations, including event staffing, access control, CCTV, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, training, vendor coordination, inventory, budgeting, and liaison with police, fire, EMS, and league security. Leads approximately 12 full-time and 300 part-time personnel, oversees event and non-event security, develops emergency plans and SOPs, and ensures guest, employee, performer, and facility safety.

Support community outreach and game-day activations by setting up, staffing, and breaking down Panthers activations; represent and promote the team at off-site community events and youth hockey programs; pack and drive promotional vehicles; engage fans positively; perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Sell and distribute tickets, complete credit card transactions, answer guest questions about events, seating, pricing and venue policies, and provide excellent customer service. Support Sales and Service Representatives and perform other duties as assigned. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.

Support Ticket Sales & Service across Premium, Group, Inside, Business Development, and Concerts teams. Manage ticket lifecycle, data analysis, CRM reporting, marketing requests, event coordination, sales materials, and special projects to drive revenue and improve operations.
