Supports the creative team in producing branded visual assets for social media, email, digital platforms, in-venue materials, and campaigns. Applies typography and layout fundamentals, maintains brand standards, supports real-time social content, participates in brainstorming and production meetings, and incorporates feedback from senior designers. The role is on-site and requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Support community outreach and game-day activations by setting up, staffing, and breaking down Panthers activations; represent and promote the team at off-site community events and youth hockey programs; pack and drive promotional vehicles; engage fans positively; perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Provide front-desk customer service at the IcePlex: register participants, process payments via POS, answer phone inquiries, assist with bookings and office tasks, maintain a tidy front office, and support management with events and daily administrative projects.

Sell and distribute tickets, complete credit card transactions, answer guest questions about events, seating, pricing and venue policies, and provide excellent customer service. Support Sales and Service Representatives and perform other duties as assigned. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.

Support Ticket Sales & Service across Premium, Group, Inside, Business Development, and Concerts teams. Manage ticket lifecycle, data analysis, CRM reporting, marketing requests, event coordination, sales materials, and special projects to drive revenue and improve operations.

Manage a portfolio of premium members and suite holders, driving renewals, retention, upsells, and revenue. Serve as primary client liaison for events, handle contract preparation and invoicing, coordinate premium experiences and game-day support, maintain CRM records, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed member expectations.

Own day-to-day execution of the GameDay mobile app roadmap: run discovery, write PRDs, manage backlog and sprints, align cross-functional teams, coordinate launches, and ensure operational readiness and stakeholder communication.

Oversee daily facility operations at the Panthers IceDen, managing engineering, ice maintenance, security, custodial, vendors, and special projects. Ensure compliance with safety codes and policies, maintain equipment and preventive maintenance schedules, prepare budgets, negotiate contracts, train staff on emergency/OSHA procedures, and coordinate with other departments for event readiness.

Support day-to-day ticketing operations for third-party events and Panthers games, including ticket fulfillment, on-site box office assistance, account maintenance, staff training/supervision, system troubleshooting, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth event experiences.

Lead and execute a bold content strategy across in-arena and digital platforms. Own video production for game presentation and branded content, create digital-first storytelling, manage production operations, budgets, equipment, and vendors, build and develop a creative team, collaborate cross-functionally, and use analytics to drive creative decisions while remaining hands-on for major moments.
