Support day-to-day ticketing operations for third-party events and Panthers games, including ticket fulfillment, on-site box office assistance, account maintenance, staff training/supervision, system troubleshooting, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth event experiences.

Oversee daily facility operations at the Panthers IceDen, managing engineering, ice maintenance, security, custodial, vendors, and special projects. Ensure compliance with safety codes and policies, maintain equipment and preventive maintenance schedules, prepare budgets, negotiate contracts, train staff on emergency/OSHA procedures, and coordinate with other departments for event readiness.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts and cash/credit deposits, collaborate with operations to reconcile POS reports, track F&B costs and inventory, assist with AP and external audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead development and deployment of analytical models, metrics, and tools for Hockey Operations. Produce visualizations and reports, communicate insights to coaches and decision-makers, mentor junior analysts, collaborate to deliver production-ready data products, and advance the organizations hockey analytics capabilities.

Build internal front-end web applications that translate backend services and AI into polished, usable interfaces. Implement UI components per design system, consume APIs, ensure accessibility, testing, and performance, and collaborate with platform and automation engineers to deliver end-to-end data-driven experiences for cross-organizational users. Work is 100% on-site supporting game-day operations.

Lead and execute a bold content strategy across in-arena and digital platforms. Own video production for game presentation and branded content, create digital-first storytelling, manage production operations, budgets, equipment, and vendors, build and develop a creative team, collaborate cross-functionally, and use analytics to drive creative decisions while remaining hands-on for major moments.

Monitor and manage figure skating programs at the IceDen: check skater registrations, set up equipment, assist with check-in for Learn to Skate and other sessions, communicate issues to customers, maintain figure areas, and perform other assigned duties. Must work varied shifts in a cold arena environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouse architecture on cloud platforms to support hockey analytics. Integrate multiple data sources, improve pipeline observability, automate workflows, and partner with analysts, scouts, and hockey operations to deliver reliable data solutions.
