Own day-to-day product execution for the Florida Panthers GameDay mobile app. Responsibilities include managing product requirements and PRDs, translating strategy into quarterly plans and sprint priorities, maintaining the backlog, leading Agile ceremonies and design reviews, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and supporting feature launches through stakeholder communications, staff enablement, and rollout planning.

Prospect and sell group ticket packages to businesses, schools, clubs, and membership organizations. Manage outbound sales campaigns, client relationships, renewals, upselling, and account growth while meeting aggressive revenue targets. Conduct appointments and venue tours, participate in game-day sales activities, maintain CRM and ticketing records, optimize assigned ticket inventory, and report pipeline and revenue performance. Requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability in an on-site, event-driven environment.

Leads corporate partnership development for the Florida Panthers while carrying a personal new-business sales quota. Sources, pitches, negotiates, and closes sponsorship agreements; manages pipelines and CRM activity; recruits, coaches, and holds partnership sellers accountable; develops sales strategies, pricing, and inventory plans; and collaborates across marketing, ticketing, legal, finance, and venue operations to grow revenue.
