Teams at National Hockey League

Manage a portfolio of premium members and suite holders, driving renewals, retention, upsells, and revenue. Serve as primary client liaison for events, handle contract preparation and invoicing, coordinate premium experiences and game-day support, maintain CRM records, and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed member expectations.

Provide front-desk customer service at the Panthers Ice Den: register participants, process payments, answer phones, operate office equipment, assist with bookings, and share program information. Handle cashouts, manage messages, and support management with events like birthday parties and camp field trips.

Own day-to-day execution of the GameDay mobile app roadmap: run discovery, write PRDs, manage backlog and sprints, align cross-functional teams, coordinate launches, and ensure operational readiness and stakeholder communication.
