Provide front-desk customer service at the Panthers Ice Den: register participants, process payments, answer phones, operate office equipment, assist with bookings, and share program information. Handle cashouts, manage messages, and support management with events like birthday parties and camp field trips.

Own day-to-day execution of the GameDay mobile app roadmap: run discovery, write PRDs, manage backlog and sprints, align cross-functional teams, coordinate launches, and ensure operational readiness and stakeholder communication.

Support the Director of Production in day-to-day venue and event operations for concerts and private events at FTL War Memorial. Independently manage load-in or load-out shifts, coordinate crews, vendors, and logistics, assist with technical requirements, budget tracking, settlements, preventive maintenance, and front-of-house oversight. Supervise stagehands and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
