Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) support to recuperative care guests: assess behaviors, develop and implement behavior support plans, train staff and families, document progress, intervene in crises, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical providers, and participate in meetings and on-call crisis response.

Provide post-hospital case management for guests experiencing homelessness: complete needs assessments, care plans, referrals, discharge coordination, HMIS/CES documentation, maintain CRM, manage a caseload of ~25+ guests, perform home visits, collaborate with clinical teams, and deliver crisis intervention and harm-reduction services.

Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA)-based support to recuperative care guests with developmental or behavioral challenges. Observe behaviors, develop and implement behavior support plans with the interdisciplinary team, document progress, assist in crisis intervention, train staff and guests, coordinate with medical providers, and support transitions and community resources.

Support NHF’s communications by creating graphics, reels, and short videos; interviewing stakeholders for impact stories; assisting campaign execution; engaging community on social channels; and tracking monthly engagement metrics to refine digital strategy.

Manage daily operations of a recuperative care facility, supervise operations staff, ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, manage budgets, training, incident reporting, inventory, and on-call issue triage to maintain quality guest services.
