Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale data ingestion and transformation pipelines in Microsoft Fabric/Azure. Lead legacy migrations, implement data quality, monitoring, and governance, optimize pipelines for performance and cost, onboard data domains, and prepare high-quality data assets for Power BI and downstream analytics while documenting standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Frequent travel required to support and train community teams.

Support housing development origination by preparing financing applications, conducting market and financial analyses, coordinating third-party consultants, tracking project milestones, assisting zoning/entitlement and stakeholder outreach, and supporting internal presentations and closings.

Provide direct resident care and daily living assistance, assist nurses with tasks, document care accurately and confidentially, follow infection control and safety policies, perform food service duties, and communicate professionally.

Senior individual contributor who owns and administers the enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune). Ensure platform health, security, compliance (DLP, Purview), licensing, identity lifecycle, and Conditional Access. Coordinate with MSP and Microsoft support, lead migrations and tenant roadmap initiatives (Fabric, Syntex, Copilot), automate with PowerShell, and provide training and documentation. Requires stakeholder collaboration and ITIL-aligned change management.

Provide direct resident care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community. Maintain certification, perform ADLs, follow care plans, and support team members. Role is contingent/PRN at Bristol Village in Waverly, OH. Provide direct patient care in home health according to the State Nurse Practice Act and RN plans of care.
