Teams at National Church Residences

Provides and supervises nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, admissions, resident monitoring, staff assignments, nursing assistant supervision, compliance with regulations, infection control, resident rights, and communication with families and healthcare providers. Requires a current practical nursing license and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet tools.

Learns and performs janitorial cleaning methods under supervision. Cleans and sanitizes common areas, restrooms, kitchens, floors, stairways, elevators, and offices; removes trash, stocks supplies, follows safety protocols, reports equipment concerns, completes checklists, and finishes four weeks of supported employment training.

Presents senior living options to prospective residents, guides them in selecting living units, secures residency applications and supporting documents, and coordinates move-in information. Maintains sales activity records, follows up with leads from inquiry through visit and sale, and manages lead documentation in the current lead management system.
