Provide direct resident care and daily living assistance, assist nurses with tasks, document care accurately and confidentially, follow infection control and safety policies, perform food service duties, and communicate professionally.

Perform month-end closes, prepare year-end audit packets, monitor fixed assets, and produce financial reports for assigned properties. Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, handle special transactions (acquisitions, refinances, construction), prepare external lender reports, and mentor staff accountants while ensuring compliance with company policies and US GAAP.

Responsible for lobby monitoring, guest sign-in, rent payment handling, mail distribution, routine inspections, incident documentation, maintenance work order submission, shift coordination, and providing professional, courteous service to residents and visitors.
