Teams at National Church Residences

Provide and supervise nursing care in a skilled nursing community. Assign and oversee nursing assistants, document resident information accurately, follow resident rights and safety/compliance policies. Requires Ohio nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program; 1-2 years experience preferred.

Provide direct resident care on the night shift including ADLs, vitals, documentation in EMR, meal assistance, infection control, equipment use, and support nurses with admissions and training.

Provide direct personal care to residents in a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community. Assist with activities of daily living, follow care plans, document care, communicate with the care team, and work scheduled 12-hour day shifts. Must hold Ohio STNA certification and a high school diploma or GED.
