Provide regional leadership for person-centered engagement, wellness, and memory care across multiple senior living communities. Standardize and monitor programs, drive quality and compliance, develop staff and volunteers, manage resident engagement platforms and data, support survey readiness, and align programming with operational goals. Frequent travel required to support and train community teams.

Provides nursing assistance to residents in a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community during a part-time day shift. The role supports senior care and requires a high school diploma or GED. Candidates may be non-certified or STNA-certified; two to four years of experience is preferred.

The role requires Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant certification and a high school diploma or GED.
