Translate technical product information into clear messaging for security, IT, and HR audiences. Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain brand consistency, support campaign testing, and use performance metrics to prioritize content. The role requires strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills in a technical marketing environment.

Serves as the technical escalation point for customer integration and deployment issues. Diagnoses APIs, webhooks, OAuth exchanges, authentication workflows, and race conditions; develops scripts, code snippets, pull requests, and configuration fixes; reproduces and validates issues with engineering; and improves support tooling, documentation, and runbooks. The role also recommends integration best practices and communicates customer pain points to influence product priorities.

Leads a senior engineering team across backend, frontend, mobile, and machine learning systems. Lead Nametag’s enterprise sales team and new-logo ARR target. Manage pipeline coverage, forecasting, deal execution, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development for Account Executives. Support complex enterprise deals and executive relationships, establish scalable sales processes, translate customer insights into business decisions, and apply AI to improve sales productivity and execution. The role partners closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Product, and GTM Operations.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, positioning identity and security solutions, negotiating contracts, exceeding quotas, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring peers.

Manage and scale an indirect partner ecosystem by building executive partner relationships, executing joint GTM plans, driving partner-sourced pipeline, enabling partners through training and events, maintaining disciplined CRM and forecasting, recruiting and onboarding partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to grow partner-influenced ARR.

Own a portfolio of technology and integration partners from sourcing and qualification through negotiation, launch, adoption, and growth. Develop joint business plans, coordinate cross-functional integration execution, activate co-selling and channel motions, track pipeline and revenue, and maintain executive relationships. The role requires commercial judgment, negotiation, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, program management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup.

Owns Nametag’s company-wide operating system, connecting strategy, priorities, investments, resources, and performance across functions. Leads operating cadence, planning, OKRs, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, business systems, dashboards, and cross-functional execution. Partners with executives on budgeting, headcount planning, organizational design, investment decisions, and accountability while building scalable processes and infrastructure for a high-growth technology company.

Owns post-sale relationships for enterprise customers, leading onboarding, driving adoption and renewals, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risk, and translating customer feedback into product and commercial outcomes.

Lead Nametag's People function end-to-end: design and implement scalable HR systems (HRIS/ATS), build policy and comp frameworks, own recruiting infrastructure and TA strategy, manage employee relations and engagement, and create automated self-service workflows for a remote-first distributed workforce.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on infrastructure, reliability, and platform engineering, designing scalable systems, managing CI/CD processes, and evolving observability and incident response protocols.
