Manage and scale an indirect partner ecosystem by building executive partner relationships, executing joint GTM plans, driving partner-sourced pipeline, enabling partners through training and events, maintaining disciplined CRM and forecasting, recruiting and onboarding partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to grow partner-influenced ARR.

Own a portfolio of technology and integration partners from sourcing and qualification through negotiation, launch, adoption, and growth. Develop joint business plans, coordinate cross-functional integration execution, activate co-selling and channel motions, track pipeline and revenue, and maintain executive relationships. The role requires commercial judgment, negotiation, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, program management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup.

Owns Nametag’s company-wide operating system, connecting strategy, priorities, investments, resources, and performance across functions. Leads operating cadence, planning, OKRs, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, business systems, dashboards, and cross-functional execution. Partners with executives on budgeting, headcount planning, organizational design, investment decisions, and accountability while building scalable processes and infrastructure for a high-growth technology company.

Owns post-sale relationships for enterprise customers, leading onboarding, driving adoption and renewals, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risk, and translating customer feedback into product and commercial outcomes.

Lead Nametag's People function end-to-end: design and implement scalable HR systems (HRIS/ATS), build policy and comp frameworks, own recruiting infrastructure and TA strategy, manage employee relations and engagement, and create automated self-service workflows for a remote-first distributed workforce.

Design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, and databases for identity verification and account protection. Own authentication/authorization, reliability, performance, observability, and production debugging. Partner with product and design, mentor peers, and shape architecture and security-focused technical roadmap.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on infrastructure, reliability, and platform engineering, designing scalable systems, managing CI/CD processes, and evolving observability and incident response protocols.
