Lead Nametags visual identity end-to-end: build and enforce the brand system in Figma, create digital and growth creative (static, motion, social), design website and landing pages, produce event collateral and SWAG, manage vendors, and enable teammates to use AI design tools while maintaining craft and consistency.

Design, build, and operate backend services, APIs, and databases for identity verification and account protection. Own authentication/authorization, reliability, performance, observability, and production debugging. Partner with product and design, mentor peers, and shape architecture and security-focused technical roadmap.

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on infrastructure, reliability, and platform engineering, designing scalable systems, managing CI/CD processes, and evolving observability and incident response protocols.
