Conduct needs analysis, present SaaS solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, overcome objections, manage the full sales cycle, forecast through CRM tools, and collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing. Attend industry events and maintain relationships with decision-makers while consistently meeting sales goals.

Own enterprise sales for MX’s wealth management territory, building relationships with brokerage firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, wealth providers, and wealthtech companies. Develop acquisition and expansion strategies, sell account aggregation and investment data solutions, manage CRM pipelines, close complex multi-six-figure ARR deals, and partner with internal teams on enterprise negotiations and account growth.

Develop and operate full-stack financial products across React/TypeScript front ends and backend APIs. Build LLM-powered features for financial data using retrieval, tool calling, evaluation, monitoring, and privacy guardrails. Participate in architecture and design reviews, code reviews, testing, production troubleshooting, modernization, observability, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, lead projects, improve engineering practices, and mentor teammates while maintaining scalable, secure, customer-facing systems.

Leads MX’s creative vision, brand standards, storytelling, and end-to-end creative delivery. Builds scalable workflows, self-service tools, and creative roadmaps while mentoring teams and ensuring brand consistency. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Brand to translate complex fintech solutions into compelling customer narratives. Uses audience insights, creative reviews, and performance analysis to develop work that strengthens brand trust, drives engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Leads accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger, consolidations, financial reporting, SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606, internal controls, tax compliance, and audit readiness. Manages and develops accounting teams while optimizing Workday ERP workflows, automating financial processes, and partnering with leadership on reporting and financial decisions.

Lead complex mobile platform initiatives across iOS and Android, driving roadmaps, delivery, risk management, governance, and executive reporting. Establish engineering-wide Jira governance, optimize software delivery processes, coach agile teams and technical program managers, facilitate architecture decisions, and improve developer velocity. The role requires cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Legal, along with ownership of technical strategy, resource planning, program health, and organizational change.

Leads a strategic portfolio of technical programs and manages a team of Technical Program Managers. Drives cross-functional alignment, planning, dependency resolution, risk mitigation, resource allocation, ROI tracking, and executive communication. Oversees technical documentation, architectural materials, implementation resources, demos, knowledge transfers, and documentation standards for technical and non-technical audiences. Requires a strong technical background in architecture, observability, networking, DevOps, and security.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities targeting financial institutions, financial services providers, and industry vendors. Build prospect relationships, support campaigns and account planning, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate client interactions, assist with proposals and presentations, meet lead-generation quotas, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategy and market expansion.

Lead end-to-end migration of production workloads to GCP and build production-grade Kubernetes environments. Drive reliability (99.99%+), incident triage, automated recovery, and platform standards. Embed security and governance into platform abstractions, create runbooks and tooling, and mentor teams to adopt shared patterns that reduce developer friction and dependence on external consultants.

Lead and mentor an engineering team to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality products. Manage projects, resources, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, innovation, and performance metrics while representing engineering with stakeholders.

Lead MX's enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance and global privacy programs. Build and operationalize security policies, controls, and compliance frameworks; manage audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS); run privacy assessments and data governance; assess and report organizational risk; support customer security reviews; and hire, mentor, and scale the Compliance and Privacy team while partnering cross-functionally to embed security and privacy into product and business processes.
