Leads accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger, consolidations, financial reporting, SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606, internal controls, tax compliance, and audit readiness. Manages and develops accounting teams while optimizing Workday ERP workflows, automating financial processes, and partnering with leadership on reporting and financial decisions.

Lead complex mobile platform initiatives across iOS and Android, driving roadmaps, delivery, risk management, governance, and executive reporting. Establish engineering-wide Jira governance, optimize software delivery processes, coach agile teams and technical program managers, facilitate architecture decisions, and improve developer velocity. The role requires cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Legal, along with ownership of technical strategy, resource planning, program health, and organizational change.

Leads a strategic portfolio of technical programs and manages a team of Technical Program Managers. Drives cross-functional alignment, planning, dependency resolution, risk mitigation, resource allocation, ROI tracking, and executive communication. Oversees technical documentation, architectural materials, implementation resources, demos, knowledge transfers, and documentation standards for technical and non-technical audiences. Requires a strong technical background in architecture, observability, networking, DevOps, and security.
