Lead and mentor an engineering team to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality products. Manage projects, resources, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, innovation, and performance metrics while representing engineering with stakeholders.

Lead MX's enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance and global privacy programs. Build and operationalize security policies, controls, and compliance frameworks; manage audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS); run privacy assessments and data governance; assess and report organizational risk; support customer security reviews; and hire, mentor, and scale the Compliance and Privacy team while partnering cross-functionally to embed security and privacy into product and business processes.

Manage enterprise risk program: conduct risk assessments, evaluate controls, track and report risks via a GRC tool, facilitate Risk Committee, support stakeholders, and lead AI risk analysis for platform, corporate use, vendors, and customers.
