Perform accurate field surveying on active construction and infrastructure sites using total stations, laser scanners, and digital levels. Set out, measure, record, and report site data to project specifications. Work independently onsite, collaborate with engineers and site teams, and ensure compliance with project requirements and health and safety standards.

Lead and coordinate Scan-to-BIM projects and production teams from handover to completion. Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and ISO 19650 standards, review BIM documentation, validate outputs, manage technical risks, mentor junior BIM staff, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in BIM workflows and quality.

Lead, plan and deliver ecology surveys and site investigations, apply field capture technologies, manage and interpret geospatial data (GIS), prepare bids/contracts, manage projects, build client relationships, and produce technical reports to support natural environment projects.

Provide operational HR support and build trusted relationships with managers. Manage employee relations cases, coach managers on policies, contribute to workforce and talent planning, support recruitment and onboarding, deliver HR initiatives, use people data for reporting, ensure GDPR compliance, and support organisational development and change.

Provide EHS advice and support across UK project sites and offices, implement and maintain ISO-based EHS systems, perform audits/inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, support environmental compliance, collect and report EHS data, and travel regularly to rail and infrastructure projects.

Provide EHS advice and oversight across UK and European projects: implement and maintain ISO-based EHS management systems, perform audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, deliver training and site inductions, support environmental compliance and data reporting, and drive continuous improvement through collaboration with project teams and contractors.

Drive growth and strengthen Murphy Geospatial's rail-sector accounts in Ireland by developing account plans, winning large digital, survey, geospatial, and monitoring work packages, engaging senior stakeholders, supporting bids and delivery teams, representing the company at industry events, and managing pipeline, commercial outcomes, and internal coordination to ensure long-term partnerships.

Lead and perform field and office geospatial surveying for construction and infrastructure projects using Total Stations, GPS, data collectors, and post-processing software (AutoCAD, StarNet, 12d). Prepare set-out data, build client relationships, ensure project requirements are met, and travel across Ireland and Europe as needed. Support BIM workflows and may use HD laser scanning and machine-control technology.

Coordinate and lead Scan-to-BIM projects, prepare BIM documentation (SurveyBEPs, EIRs), manage production teams, perform QA on graphical and non-graphical deliverables, provide Revit technical support and mentor technicians, and improve BIM workflows and standards.
