Perform staking, setting-out, field and office survey work using Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, and data collectors. Process and analyze survey data and produce deliverables in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StarNet, and 12d Model. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders in Spanish and English, ensure accuracy and safety, support project teams across Ireland and Europe, and travel as required.

Provide EHS advice and oversight across UK and European projects: implement and maintain ISO-based EHS management systems, perform audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, deliver training and site inductions, support environmental compliance and data reporting, and drive continuous improvement through collaboration with project teams and contractors.

Lead technical development of Ground Investigation capability: review and sign off geotechnical and geo-environmental reports, set QA and technical standards, author templates and SOPs, mentor staff, ensure HSE compliance, scope GI works, support mobilisation and business development, and integrate GI data with geospatial teams.

Process and manage geospatial and point cloud data using tools like Leica Cyclone Register 360, StarNet, AutoCAD, ensuring data quality and integration for engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and designers, perform QA, and produce clear reports for stakeholders.

Create architectural and MEP 3D BIM models in Revit from surveyed point-cloud data, federate and QA datasets, support Scan-to-BIM workflows, liaise with stakeholders, and help develop BIM standards and processes.

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple European jurisdictions, manage outsourced payroll providers, administer pensions and benefits, produce payroll and reward reporting, support salary and bonus reviews, and improve reward programmes and employee communications while ensuring compliance with UK, ROI and EU regulations.

Drive growth and strengthen Murphy Geospatial's rail-sector accounts in Ireland by developing account plans, winning large digital, survey, geospatial, and monitoring work packages, engaging senior stakeholders, supporting bids and delivery teams, representing the company at industry events, and managing pipeline, commercial outcomes, and internal coordination to ensure long-term partnerships.

Lead and perform field and office geospatial surveying for construction and infrastructure projects using Total Stations, GPS, data collectors, and post-processing software (AutoCAD, StarNet, 12d). Prepare set-out data, build client relationships, ensure project requirements are met, and travel across Ireland and Europe as needed. Support BIM workflows and may use HD laser scanning and machine-control technology.

Lead strategic business development for infrastructure monitoring across mainland Europe. Identify and qualify major projects, build a forward pipeline, engage clients/consultants/contractors early, shape bids and proposals, support market-entry and pursuit plans, and represent the company at industry events to grow monitoring services.

Coordinate and lead Scan-to-BIM projects, prepare BIM documentation (SurveyBEPs, EIRs), manage production teams, perform QA on graphical and non-graphical deliverables, provide Revit technical support and mentor technicians, and improve BIM workflows and standards.

Perform accurate field surveying on active construction and infrastructure sites using total stations, laser scanners, and digital levels. Set out, measure, record, and report site data to project specifications. Work independently onsite, collaborate with engineers and site teams, and ensure compliance with project requirements and health and safety standards.
