Teams at Murphy Geospatial

Deliver surveying and geospatial engineering services for large infrastructure and renewable energy projects (notably solar farms). Perform staking, setting-out, field and office survey work using Total Stations, GNSS/GPS, and data collectors. Process and analyze survey data and produce deliverables in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StarNet, and 12d Model. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders in Spanish and English, ensure accuracy and safety, support project teams across Ireland and Europe, and travel as required.

Provide operational HR support and build trusted relationships with managers. Manage employee relations cases, coach managers on policies, contribute to workforce and talent planning, support recruitment and onboarding, deliver HR initiatives, use people data for reporting, ensure GDPR compliance, and support organisational development and change.

Lead end-to-end geospatial surveying projects: plan work programmes, manage staff and subcontractors, oversee contracts, invoicing and cashflow, ensure safety and compliance, liaise with clients, and support business development and team training.
