Manage resource allocation, subcontractors, equipment, project handovers, client communication, site mobilisation, QA, and delivery workflows for geospatial surveying projects. The role supports continuous improvement, recruitment, onboarding, and team development while coordinating multiple projects and teams. It also includes line management, mentoring, survey and inspection activities, and collaboration across sales, delivery, and technical teams.

Manage surveying and geospatial project delivery, overseeing survey activities, data quality, workflows, post-processing, schedules, resource planning, troubleshooting, client communication, and team performance. The role coordinates site-to-deliverable handovers, enforces QA standards, manages multiple projects and teams, and supports subcontractor coordination and commercial service quality.

Lead, plan and deliver ecology surveys and site investigations, apply field capture technologies, manage and interpret geospatial data (GIS), prepare bids/contracts, manage projects, build client relationships, and produce technical reports to support natural environment projects.
