Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, reporting packs, and group consolidation support. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, product performance measurement, customer research, and cross-functional launch leadership. The role partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve offerings, align stakeholders, and drive growth across enterprise partners and learners.

Lead operational planning, resourcing and delivery for the D&I data team. Run team ceremonies, triage inbound requests, maintain tooling, implement process standards, track operational metrics, and directly manage Analytics Engineers and Analytics Developers while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end employee equity administration and company secretarial compliance across UK and German entities. Maintain Carta and statutory registers, prepare board/shareholder resolutions, file Companies House and HMRC returns, support option exercises and M&A governance, liaise with Finance, People, external advisers and notaries, and run governance processes and minutes for the group.

Lead and grow full-stack teams owning Diagnose & Prescribe: build AI-heavy services (RAG, LLM scoring), prescription and eligibility logic, recommendations and onboarding, migrate monolith to services, stay hands-on in design and code, ensure engineering standards, observability, and predictable delivery while partnering with Product, Design, and GTM.

Lead design and delivery of Multiverse's support function: build the support operating model and Intercom configuration, set metrics and AI resolution roadmap, coach and develop a small team, own cross-functional escalation and insights, and present business cases linking support to retention and revenue protection.

Lead customer success for apprenticeship programs by managing implementation, ensuring launch excellence, translating program data into executive ROI, safeguarding delivery quality, driving retention and renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as the strategic, cross-functional partner and voice of the customer.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will advise on German operations, manage contract lifecycles, navigate regulatory landscapes, and handle employment law matters while supporting UK operations.
