Own end-to-end recruitment for Operations and G&A roles, partnering with hiring managers on market strategy, requirements, structured assessments, sourcing, candidate relationships, and hiring decisions. Analyze pipeline data to improve processes, maintain a high hiring bar, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and use recruiting technology and AI tools to improve productivity and data quality.

Own end-to-end recruiting strategies for Operations and G&A teams, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, stakeholder advising, assessment design, hiring decisions, candidate relationship management, and closing. Use market intelligence, hiring data, AI tools, and recruiting technology to improve quality and velocity while maintaining a high hiring bar. Partner with managers and People and Talent colleagues to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Own the strategy and commercial delivery of Multiverse’s Early Talent offering in England. Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, fulfilment, operations, learning, product, safeguarding, and communications. Develop scalable apprenticeship products, manage market and regulatory insight, explore adjacent routes to market, oversee deals and implementations, and represent the Early Talent proposition externally.

Support the CEO Office with corporate development, international market expansion, strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration. Build market assessments, business cases, and OKR tracking while coordinating due diligence across functions. Project manage critical cross-functional initiatives, establish milestones and ownership, identify blockers, and support new product, market, and operating model launches. Work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and senior business stakeholders.

Lead Multiverse’s internal communications strategy, including company messaging, leadership communications, All Hands, internal briefings, FAQs, and communication channels. Advise the CEO and executive team, partner with People and cross-functional teams, and translate business data into compelling narratives. Own Slack, intranet, and email communications while measuring engagement, employee understanding, and narrative consistency.

Lead operational planning, resourcing and delivery for the D&I data team. Run team ceremonies, triage inbound requests, maintain tooling, implement process standards, track operational metrics, and directly manage Analytics Engineers and Analytics Developers while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Partners with the CRO and GTM leadership across Sales, Customer Impact, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement. Drives performance, productivity, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, succession, employee relations, restructures, and performance processes. Uses commercial metrics and AI-enabled workflows to improve business outcomes, advises senior leaders, and ensures strong operational fundamentals in a fast-paced environment.

Own the Prescribe product, helping prospective learners select suitable programs, commit, and successfully start. Lead AI-native experiences, eligibility and recommendation logic, conversion metrics, experimentation, and product strategy. Partner with engineering, design, data, legal, compliance, fulfillment, GTM, and senior leadership. The role requires substantial product management experience, growth metric ownership, AI/LLM product development, data analysis, experimentation, personalization, and cross-functional leadership.

Lead design and delivery of production AI agent systems end-to-end: architecture, context/retrieval strategies, tool integrations, evaluation pipelines, and full-stack implementation. Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and use Claude Code as the primary development workflow to embed AI across the company.

Own the end-to-end post-sale journey for strategic enterprise accounts, building executive relationships, creating success plans, leading business reviews, and demonstrating measurable customer value. Partner with onboarding, sales, delivery, product, and support teams to ensure successful adoption, resolve barriers, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain strong governance and operating rhythms.

Lead product marketing to define category narrative and positioning, run competitive intelligence and win-loss, own GTM orchestration and launches, enable Sales with strategic collateral, inform pricing and packaging, and build a product marketing team that translates technical AI capabilities into buyer-focused value to drive enterprise deals.

Lead Multiverse’s enterprise IT function across daily service delivery and strategic systems implementation. Own IT strategy, budget, roadmap, vendors, team structure, automation, identity and endpoint platforms, incident management, and IPO-readiness controls. Improve service quality, documentation, change management, auditability, and employee experience while using AI and automation to scale a lean in-house IT team. Present IT performance, risk, and roadmap to executives, auditors, and the board.

Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, reporting packs, and group consolidation support. Contribute to technical accounting, statutory reporting, external audits, internal controls, risk assessments, and remediation. Drive finance process improvement and automation using NetSuite and AI-enabled workflow tools. The role will progressively assume greater ownership of group consolidation and financial reporting.

Lead product marketing strategy for Multiverse’s AI and technology upskilling platform. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, product performance measurement, customer research, and cross-functional launch leadership. The role partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve offerings, align stakeholders, and drive growth across enterprise partners and learners.

Manage end-to-end employee equity administration and company secretarial compliance across UK and German entities. Maintain Carta and statutory registers, prepare board/shareholder resolutions, file Companies House and HMRC returns, support option exercises and M&A governance, liaise with Finance, People, external advisers and notaries, and run governance processes and minutes for the group.

Lead and grow full-stack teams owning Diagnose & Prescribe: build AI-heavy services (RAG, LLM scoring), prescription and eligibility logic, recommendations and onboarding, migrate monolith to services, stay hands-on in design and code, ensure engineering standards, observability, and predictable delivery while partnering with Product, Design, and GTM.

Lead design and delivery of Multiverse's support function: build the support operating model and Intercom configuration, set metrics and AI resolution roadmap, coach and develop a small team, own cross-functional escalation and insights, and present business cases linking support to retention and revenue protection.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will advise on German operations, manage contract lifecycles, navigate regulatory landscapes, and handle employment law matters while supporting UK operations.
