Lead operational planning, resourcing and delivery for the D&I data team. Run team ceremonies, triage inbound requests, maintain tooling, implement process standards, track operational metrics, and directly manage Analytics Engineers and Analytics Developers while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end employee equity administration and company secretarial compliance across UK and German entities. Maintain Carta and statutory registers, prepare board/shareholder resolutions, file Companies House and HMRC returns, support option exercises and M&A governance, liaise with Finance, People, external advisers and notaries, and run governance processes and minutes for the group.

Lead and grow full-stack teams owning Diagnose & Prescribe: build AI-heavy services (RAG, LLM scoring), prescription and eligibility logic, recommendations and onboarding, migrate monolith to services, stay hands-on in design and code, ensure engineering standards, observability, and predictable delivery while partnering with Product, Design, and GTM.
