Lead Multiverse’s enterprise IT function across daily service delivery and strategic systems implementation. Own IT strategy, budget, roadmap, vendors, team structure, automation, identity and endpoint platforms, incident management, and IPO-readiness controls. Improve service quality, documentation, change management, auditability, and employee experience while using AI and automation to scale a lean in-house IT team. Present IT performance, risk, and roadmap to executives, auditors, and the board.

Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, reporting packs, and group consolidation support. Contribute to technical accounting, statutory reporting, external audits, internal controls, risk assessments, and remediation. Drive finance process improvement and automation using NetSuite and AI-enabled workflow tools. The role will progressively assume greater ownership of group consolidation and financial reporting.

Own quarterly campaigns from briefing through delivery across PR, social, digital, internal communications, and events. Build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage timelines, identify risks, and report performance against metrics. Produce high-quality copy and briefing materials, use AI tools for research and drafting, support recurring communications commitments and event logistics, and recommend improvements. The role requires strong organization, judgment, creativity, collaboration, and comfort working across a networked organization.
