Designs measurable, job-aligned AI learning programmes using backward design and ADDIE. Evaluates and improves AI-generated content, creates high-touch learning experiences, applies prompt engineering, prototypes new learning formats, and advises stakeholders on curriculum quality. The role requires technical understanding of generative or agentic AI, instructional design experience, stakeholder influence, resilience, and a focus on learner and workplace outcomes.

Design and improve job-aligned instructional programmes for Data Science, Analytics, and generative or agentic AI learners. Apply backward design and ADDIE to create measurable outcomes, assessments, multimedia, branching experiences, and high-touch learning moments. Evaluate AI-generated content, use prompt engineering to accelerate development, identify learning-impact gaps, influence stakeholders, and prototype scalable learning formats.

Coordinate coach and instructor onboarding, training, certifications, compliance, and enablement operations. Own enablement initiatives end to end, manage shared senior staff capacity, maintain content and communications, track delegated work, prepare quality calibration inputs, and report to senior leadership. The role also develops operational processes, dashboards, and reports that improve consistency, performance, and learner outcomes.
