Maintain current industry knowledge and contribute to an inclusive, motivating learning environment.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Multiverse’s internal People technology ecosystem. Build scalable HR systems, integrations, data flows, identity capabilities, and automation supporting approximately 1,000 employees. Partner with People, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and Operations to make build-versus-buy decisions, improve employee experiences, establish reliable processes, and measure operational impact through KPIs.

Own end-to-end recruitment for Operations and G&A roles, partnering with hiring managers on market strategy, requirements, structured assessments, sourcing, candidate relationships, and hiring decisions. Analyze pipeline data to improve processes, maintain a high hiring bar, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and use recruiting technology and AI tools to improve productivity and data quality.
