Provide administrative and coordination support for mechanical operations: manage crew schedules, meeting minutes, travel and payroll communications, submittals, PO/inventory tracking, closeout documentation, and field support for time, expenses, and PTO. Serve as liaison with labor agencies, vendors, and staff, and maintain logs and lessons learned.

Generate and close mechanical construction business by building account plans, managing CRM pipeline, developing GC and MEP relationships, responding to RFPs, supporting preconstruction and project interviews, collaborating with sales and operations, and leading preconstruction teams to execute construction contracts.

Lead and manage the mechanical Project Management team: assign projects, monitor financials and schedules, coach staff, support estimating and buyout, report status to leadership, handle escalations, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Support design and project management of HVAC systems: plan, coordinate engineering and procurement, develop scopes/specs, manage schedules, approve invoices, maintain cost estimates, negotiate vendors, prepare closeout and warranty documentation, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and sales.

Coordinate the bidding process: receive and review RFPs, assemble bid documents, maintain bid calendars, communicate with clients/vendors, prepare bid packages, and support estimators and preconstruction activities.

Manage turnkey capital projects for mechanical/HVAC systems: define scope, coordinate engineering and procurement, supervise technicians, schedule and delegate work, control costs and invoices, negotiate vendors, and provide project closeout documentation and warranty coverage.

Manage mechanical construction projects (piping, sheet metal, HVAC): define scope, coordinate schedules, supervise field staff, control costs, approve invoices, prepare closeout documentation, liaise with contractors/customers, and ensure project compliance and warranty coverage.

Manage mechanical construction projects including scope development, scheduling, cost estimating, subcontractor procurement, field supervision, invoice approval, closeout documentation, warranty coverage, and monthly status and budget reporting. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineering, and inter-company divisions. Up to 20% travel required; ensure safety, compliance, and project documentation.

Manage fabrication projects from estimating and scope development through closeout. Sell commercial and industrial controls and building automation solutions by developing market strategies, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, managing accounts, and closing sales to meet annual targets. Survey client systems, build relationships with stakeholders, maintain a proposal backlog, provide sales reporting, and support service agreements, repairs, and project deliveries.

Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout: define scope, supervise project managers, coordinate MEP engineering, control budgets, approve invoices/purchase orders, ensure safety, quality, and warranty documentation, and mentor staff.

Lead mechanical project engineering for facility projects: assess building systems, develop equipment specifications and construction drawings, produce proposals, manage submittals, provide on-site engineering and commissioning, perform PE review/stamping, coordinate MEP engineering, and document project deliverables.

Install, maintain and repair HVAC/mechanical/industrial pipe systems. Measure and cut pipe, solder, braze, thread, groove, install hangers, test systems for safety and functionality, read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, collaborate with team, and pass background and drug screens. Perform heavy physical work and material handling.

Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, engineering, and internal divisions while tracking budgets, productivity, and reporting. Travel up to 20%.
