Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation and DDC control systems. Perform device testing, equipment start-up, preventive maintenance, repairs, site assessments, customer consultations, small project management, and documentation while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety policies.

Lead and coach the Project Management team, assign and monitor project transactions, oversee financials, scheduling, resourcing, and billing. Serve as escalation point, collaborate with estimating and department leadership, participate in financial reviews, hiring and performance decisions, and promote safety and consistent project standards.

Generate and close mechanical construction business by building account plans, managing CRM pipeline, developing GC and MEP relationships, responding to RFPs, supporting preconstruction and project interviews, collaborating with sales and operations, and leading preconstruction teams to execute construction contracts.

Manage turnkey capital projects for mechanical/HVAC systems: define scope, coordinate engineering and procurement, supervise technicians, schedule and delegate work, control costs and invoices, negotiate vendors, and provide project closeout documentation and warranty coverage.

Manage mechanical construction projects (piping, sheet metal, HVAC): define scope, coordinate schedules, supervise field staff, control costs, approve invoices, prepare closeout documentation, liaise with contractors/customers, and ensure project compliance and warranty coverage.

Lead entry-level technical training and workforce development for HVAC, controls, fire alarm, security, and mechanical services. Design apprenticeship programs, deliver hands-on field training, evaluate trainees, partner with recruiting and schools, manage training budgets, ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance, and support retention and career development.

Install, maintain and repair HVAC/mechanical/industrial pipe systems. Measure and cut pipe, solder, braze, thread, groove, install hangers, test systems for safety and functionality, read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, collaborate with team, and pass background and drug screens. Perform heavy physical work and material handling.

Manage mechanical construction projects (piping, sheet metal, HVAC): develop scope, coordinate schedules, oversee field supervision, control costs, approve invoices, prepare closeout documentation, liaise with contractors/customers, and provide monthly status and budget reporting. Up to 20% travel.

Manage site safety for construction projects: identify and abate hazards, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/MSHA/EPA), conduct audits and training, lead accident investigations, support medical care and documentation, maintain safety programs and SDS, and liaise with operations, customers, and medical facilities.

Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout: define scope, supervise and mentor project managers, manage budgets, schedules, safety, quality and subcontractors, prepare MEP assessments and engineering reports, approve invoices and purchase orders, and deliver closeout documentation and warranty coverage while enforcing company policies and site safety.

Lead mechanical project engineering for facility projects: assess building systems, develop equipment specifications and construction drawings, produce proposals, manage submittals, provide on-site engineering and commissioning, perform PE review/stamping, coordinate MEP engineering, and document project deliverables.

Drive mechanical business development by managing contractor and MEP firm relationships, maintaining CRM and pipeline, producing proposals/RFP responses, leading preconstruction activities, and collaborating across sales and operations to win and execute projects.

Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout: define scope, supervise project managers, coordinate MEP engineering, control budgets, approve invoices/purchase orders, ensure safety, quality, and warranty documentation, and mentor staff.

Perform high-volume cash application (ACH, checks, credit cards), research and resolve payment discrepancies, maintain payment records, support month-end/year-end close, collaborate with sales/operations and provide AR backup support.

Coordinate and manage contractor documentation, contracts, change orders, and materials; support project and service teams with reporting, compliance, customer and contractor communication, and field installation coordination.

Manage fabrication projects from estimating and scope development through closeout. Coordinate engineering, BIM, and operations; prepare purchase orders; negotiate vendor/subcontractor pricing; maintain cost estimates, documentation, schedules, and warranty/closeout materials. Occasional travel required.

Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer teams with MEP cost estimates, RFQs/RFPs, site visits, scheduling, purchase orders, contracts, budget updates, project closeouts, and project documentation. Travel nationally and to the Caribbean for site oversight and reporting.

Manage mechanical construction projects including scope, schedule, cost estimating, subcontractor procurement, field supervision, invoice approval, closeout documentation and warranty. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, GC or customer, track budgets and productivity. Up to 20% travel.

Assist in design and project management of HVAC systems, coordinate engineering and construction activities, develop scope and specifications, procure equipment, manage schedules and costs, oversee subcontractors, approve invoices, and provide project closeout and warranty documentation.
