Supports remote and on-site employees, escalates complex issues, assists with projects, trains users, and coordinates with vendors and ISPs. Requires regular travel to remote offices and participation in security and infrastructure maintenance.

Develops and executes sales strategies for commercial, healthcare, and industrial security accounts. Conducts customer discovery and site surveys, assesses existing access control, video, and intrusion systems, designs solutions, prepares bills of material and proposals, negotiates and closes sales, and manages pipelines and forecasts. Coordinates with manufacturers, vendors, project managers, and installation teams to ensure accurate project scope and successful handoffs.

Leads mechanical construction projects from scope development through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, engineering coordination, procurement, quality and safety oversight, contractor management, team leadership, client requirements, documentation, and warranty coverage. Prepare construction project billings, including AIA invoices, Schedule of Values, change orders, lien waivers, retainage, sales tax, and customer portal submissions. Review WIP reports, project costs, contracts, and billing records; maintain audit documentation; follow up on invoice status; support job close activities; and collaborate with project, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams using Viewpoint Vista and Excel.

Designs HVAC control systems and detailed CAD drawings from project specifications, schematics, and sequence-of-operations requirements. Supports field personnel, project managers, sales teams, and installation crews with applications guidance, troubleshooting, coordination drawings, submittals, network layouts, and as-built revisions. Coordinates with engineering and product teams, obtains supplier quotations, supports process automation, and advises on equipment, codes, and customer-specific solutions.

Performs bank reconciliations, cash-position reporting, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, account adjustments, and month-end/year-end close activities. Supports accounts payable, revenue recognition, fixed assets, inventory, financial statement preparation, Vista reimplementation, bookkeeping, audits, and internal controls. Collaborates across teams, resolves discrepancies, maintains compliance with accounting standards, and supports process improvements and accounting team development.

Manage turnkey capital projects for mechanical/HVAC systems: define scope, coordinate engineering and procurement, supervise technicians, schedule and delegate work, control costs and invoices, negotiate vendors, and provide project closeout documentation and warranty coverage.

Leads mechanical engineering and design projects from bidding through commissioning, ensuring code compliance, quality, schedules, and customer requirements. Manages design teams, reviews construction documents and submittals, supports HVAC and building automation assessments, prepares proposals and engineering reports, coordinates project-specific engineering, and provides on-site support. Requires a Professional Engineer license, engineering or construction management degree, HVAC knowledge, blueprint interpretation skills, communication abilities, a valid driver's license, and successful background and drug screening.

Designs and develops mechanical and HVAC projects, including surveying building systems, creating equipment specifications and construction documents, preparing proposals, reviewing submittals, and supporting commissioning. Provides mechanical engineering evaluations, PE reviews and stamping, MEP assessments, engineering reports, and on-site project support. Coordinates engineering activities, manages project deliverables and schedules, resolves issues, and maintains project documentation while collaborating with customers, facility teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Assists project engineers with HVAC and building systems assessments, load calculations, equipment specifications, construction drawings, MEP reports, BIM modeling, submittal reviews, proposals, and on-site engineering support. Coordinates project-specific engineering, supports ductwork fabrication drawings, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to project scope, schedules, and design standards.

Lead mechanical project engineering for facility projects: assess building systems, develop equipment specifications and construction drawings, produce proposals, manage submittals, provide on-site engineering and commissioning, perform PE review/stamping, coordinate MEP engineering, and document project deliverables.

Assist the Project Engineer with MEP design and development: survey building systems, perform load calculations, develop equipment specifications and construction drawings, support submittal reviews, drafting and BIM modeling, prepare MEP assessments and engineering reports, provide on-site engineering support, coordinate prefabrication/shop drawings, and maintain project documentation.

Support project teams by creating and coordinating MEP BIM models and shop drawings using Revit and fabrication databases. Review submittals, drawings, and specs; resolve clashes; set up Revit views; attend coordination meetings; manage electronic document transmittals; and communicate with engineers, PMs, and contractors to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

Lead mechanical project engineering for facility HVAC/MEP projects: survey systems, create specs and construction drawings, manage submittals, support commissioning, provide on-site engineering, prepare proposals and reports, and stamp PE work as required.

Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer teams with MEP cost estimates, RFQs/RFPs, site visits, scheduling, purchase orders, contracts, budget updates, project closeouts, and project documentation. Travel nationally and to the Caribbean for site oversight and reporting.

Manage design and delivery of commercial HVAC/MEP facility projects nationwide. Prepare MEP assessments, scopes, RFPs/RFQs, bid comparisons, purchase orders, contracts, schedules, invoices, site visit reports, and project closeouts. Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors; travel ~50%.

Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation and DDC control systems. Perform device testing, equipment start-up, preventive maintenance, repairs, site assessments, customer consultations, small project management, and documentation while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety policies.

Generate and close mechanical construction business by building account plans, managing CRM pipeline, developing GC and MEP relationships, responding to RFPs, supporting preconstruction and project interviews, collaborating with sales and operations, and leading preconstruction teams to execute construction contracts.
