Teams at MSS Solutions, LLC

Perform mechanical/HVAC piping tasks including measuring, cutting, soldering, brazing, threading, grooving, installing hangers, testing and repairing pipe systems. Read blueprints, operate hand/power tools, follow safety policies, collaborate with crew, and pass background and drug screening.

Provide administrative and coordination support for mechanical operations: manage crew schedules, meeting minutes, travel and payroll communications, submittals, PO/inventory tracking, closeout documentation, and field support for time, expenses, and PTO. Serve as liaison with labor agencies, vendors, and staff, and maintain logs and lessons learned.

Generate and close mechanical construction business by building account plans, managing CRM pipeline, developing GC and MEP relationships, responding to RFPs, supporting preconstruction and project interviews, collaborating with sales and operations, and leading preconstruction teams to execute construction contracts.
