Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation and DDC control systems. Perform device testing, equipment start-up, preventive maintenance, repairs, site assessments, customer consultations, small project management, and documentation while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety policies.

Lead and coach the Project Management team, assign and monitor project transactions, oversee financials, scheduling, resourcing, and billing. Serve as escalation point, collaborate with estimating and department leadership, participate in financial reviews, hiring and performance decisions, and promote safety and consistent project standards.

Assist design and project management of HVAC systems: determine mechanical construction needs, coordinate engineering and procurement, develop scope/specs, manage schedules, POs, invoices, cost estimates, closeouts, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
