Provides advanced technical support for desktops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and telephony. Manages accounts, permissions, endpoint protection, security alerts, onboarding, documentation, and IT equipment procurement. Supports remote and on-site employees, escalates complex issues, assists with projects, trains users, and coordinates with vendors and ISPs. Requires regular travel to remote offices and participation in security and infrastructure maintenance.

Develops and executes sales strategies for commercial, healthcare, and industrial security accounts. Conducts customer discovery and site surveys, assesses existing access control, video, and intrusion systems, designs solutions, prepares bills of material and proposals, negotiates and closes sales, and manages pipelines and forecasts. Coordinates with manufacturers, vendors, project managers, and installation teams to ensure accurate project scope and successful handoffs.
