Perform mechanical/MEP project engineering: assess building systems, develop equipment specs and construction drawings, prepare designs/proposals, manage submittals, support commissioning, provide on-site engineering and PE stamping, and coordinate project deliverables for HVAC and building automation projects.

Install, maintain and repair HVAC/mechanical/industrial pipe systems. Measure and cut pipe, solder, braze, thread, groove, install hangers, test systems for safety and functionality, read blueprints, operate hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, collaborate with team, and pass background and drug screens. Perform heavy physical work and material handling.

Manage mechanical construction projects (piping, sheet metal, HVAC): develop scope, coordinate schedules, oversee field supervision, control costs, approve invoices, prepare closeout documentation, liaise with contractors/customers, and provide monthly status and budget reporting. Up to 20% travel.
