Lead development and improvement of supplier relationship management and third-party risk frameworks across MSIG Europe. Advise stakeholders on supplier performance, governance, and regulatory compliance (including DORA). Manage supplier lifecycle, scorecards, KPIs, QSRs, service improvement plans, regulatory reporting, and cross-border procurement initiatives while collaborating with IT, Legal, Cyber/InfoSec and business teams.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation and post-merger integration programs across countries and functions. Align executive sponsors and stakeholders, manage multi-workstream delivery, oversee operating model, IT, data and regulatory change, coach program teams, and drive sustainable outcomes for MSIG Europe's strategic transformation.

Lead in-house, cross-functional improvement initiatives across underwriting, claims and operations. Use structured problem-solving, process mapping, data analysis and pragmatic automation/AI to design, implement and measure scalable efficiency improvements and prepare business cases for senior management.

Interim Head of HR to define and execute MSM's HR strategy, lead the MSM HR team, partner with MSIG Europe on shared services, drive talent acquisition, performance, reward, L&D, employee relations, organisational design and HR analytics, and act as trusted advisor to senior leadership across multiple jurisdictions.
