Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, process mapping and redesign, data analysis and governance, solution implementation, UAT, business readiness, stakeholder management, and project governance. The role translates complex business needs into practical solutions and supports measurable, sustainable business improvements within a specialist insurance environment.

Supports marine underwriters with new and renewal business, policy administration, broker servicing, documentation, data management, reporting, premium tracking, exposure analysis, and portfolio monitoring. The role maintains accurate underwriting records, supports regulatory and audit compliance, responds to broker enquiries, analyzes underwriting and claims data, and contributes to operational improvements. It also provides opportunities to develop technical insurance knowledge and pursue professional qualifications.
