Supports marine underwriters with new and renewal business, policy administration, broker servicing, documentation, data management, reporting, premium tracking, exposure analysis, and portfolio monitoring. The role maintains accurate underwriting records, supports regulatory and audit compliance, responds to broker enquiries, analyzes underwriting and claims data, and contributes to operational improvements. It also provides opportunities to develop technical insurance knowledge and pursue professional qualifications.

Leads the technical direction, delivery, lifecycle, and operational excellence of Sapiens IDIT and related insurance platforms. Responsibilities include managing enhancements, upgrades, integrations, vendors, technical roadmaps, risks, technical debt, releases, deployments, incidents, security, governance, budgets, licensing, and modernization. Partners with Product Owners, architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and sustainable platforms.
