Owns financial controls, audit readiness, KPIs, finance systems, automation, process improvement, vendor management, and stakeholder escalations while partnering with retail, ecommerce, customer service, and accounting teams.

Supports technical and sustainable apparel development across womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear. Manages garment quality, fit, testing, AQL programs, returns analysis, supplier relationships, and fit meetings for an assigned product area. Works closely with buying and senior technologists to improve fabric suitability, construction, performance, sustainability, and product consistency.

Develop and maintain internal and public-facing web applications across cloud, data center, and serverless environments. Build greenfield and legacy systems using C#, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, Next.js, monoliths, and microservices. Apply code reviews, testing, modern Git workflows, and continuous delivery practices. Collaborate on project goals, make pragmatic technical decisions, integrate APIs, and mentor junior developers.

Develop and manage camping, rucksack, and outdoor equipment products from concept through launch. Responsibilities include supplier collaboration, product briefs and specifications, critical-path management, testing and compliance coordination, sample approval, sales and forecasting analysis, category strategy support, cost negotiation, and international market buying support. The role also partners with Quality Control, Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams while supporting junior buying staff.
