Creates and manages digital content supporting brand growth, customer engagement, and sales. Responsibilities include planning social media calendars, producing photography, video, reels, graphics, catalogs, and digital ads, managing social platforms, writing product copy, collaborating on campaigns and events, tracking performance, and recommending improvements based on analytics.

Plan and execute internal audits (inventory, cash, POS, procurement); identify control gaps and recommend improvements; prepare audit working papers; assist with physical stock counts and reconciliations; monitor compliance with policies; and follow up on corrective actions.

Process end-to-end monthly payroll for 300+ employees using Sage Payroll Professional; maintain employee records and contracts; administer leave and reconcile overtime; submit statutory returns (SSC, PAYE); handle payroll queries; support onboarding/offboarding; generate payroll and HR reports; ensure data confidentiality and compliance with Namibian labour and tax legislation.

Drive parts sales by building and maintaining customer relationships. Use strong communication and automotive product knowledge to meet sales targets in a retail environment.

Develop and manage Motovac's social media content and campaigns. Produce graphics, photography, video, and copy for multiple platforms; run socials, engage with customers, coordinate with branches and suppliers, track performance, and ensure brand-compliant marketing materials.
