Payroll & HR Administrator

•       Process full monthly payroll using Sage Payroll Professional, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Namibian labour and tax legislation

•       Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files

•       Administer leave management — tracking, reconciliation, and reporting

•       Reconcile overtime against weekly clocking records prior to payroll processing

•       Prepare and manage employment contracts, contract renewals, and amendments

•       Handle payroll queries from staff and escalate where necessary

•       Submit statutory returns (SSC, PAYE) accurately and on time

•       Support onboarding and offboarding administration

•       Generate payroll and HR reports for management as required

•       Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all HR systems

•       Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field

•       Minimum 3 years' payroll experience, preferably in a mid-to-large organisation

•       Hands-on experience with Sage Payroll Professional is non-negotiable

•       Solid understanding of Namibian Labour Act and tax regulations

•       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems

•       High attention to detail and ability to meet hard deadlines

•       Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

•       Experience processing multi-branch or multi-location payroll

•       Exposure to HR information systems beyond Sage
