The role requires three to five years of outside sales experience, mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Oversee accounting operations, monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, lease accounting, multi-state sales and use tax compliance, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, internal controls, and audits for multiple subsidiaries. Partner with operational leaders on financial decisions and manage subsidiary accounting teams. Travel approximately 15% to support close processes, systems rollouts, and staff development.

Drive automation product growth across Northern and Central Illinois and Indiana by managing customer accounts, developing OEM relationships, specifying controls and automation products into machine designs, and supporting technical sales. Develop conceptual conveyor system designs and technical proposals for overhead and chain conveyor projects. Responsibilities include reviewing customer requirements, creating AutoCAD layouts, performing chain pull and throughput calculations, developing bills of material and cost estimates, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, supporting technical presentations, identifying project risks, and handing purchased projects off to design engineering and project management.

Sell compressed air, vacuum systems, and related equipment across northwest Pennsylvania and northeast Ohio by prospecting, performing on-site system assessments, proposing tailored solutions, preparing quotes, closing deals, and managing customer relationships and CRM records while coordinating with service and engineering teams.

Sell process instrumentation, flow control valves, and actuated systems to industrial and municipal customers in eastern Wisconsin. Grow territory by retaining customers, developing new business, preparing quotes, negotiating deals, and coordinating delivery, installation, maintenance, and technical specifications with OEMs and engineering teams. Manage project documentation, schedules, and ERP/MRP data; coordinate activities between engineering, production, and procurement; support shop floor with manufacturing documents; monitor progress and risks; facilitate stakeholder communication and meeting support to keep deliverables on track.

Lead and develop a team of outside sales representatives across OH, KY, MI, and Western PA to grow flow control revenue. Build and execute sales strategy, manage forecasts and CRM pipelines, coach reps, strengthen key customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally. Regular regional travel to support customers and team.

Sell industrial services and custom fabrication solutions across an assigned territory. Prospect and grow accounts, prepare quotes, manage full sales cycle, collaborate with engineers for custom specs, oversee delivery and customer satisfaction, and maintain CRM records.

Lead conveyor and automation projects from kickoff through commissioning. Own scope, schedule, budget, and change control; coordinate engineering, purchasing, operations, suppliers, and customers; manage risks, reporting, FAT, installation, and on-site commissioning to ensure timely delivery and financial performance.

Provide technical inside sales support for complex fluid power accounts: process quotes/orders, offer hydraulic/pneumatic consultation, manage inventory forecasting and VMI, maintain CRM/ERP records, and partner with outside sales and engineering.
