Develop and grow an eastern Wisconsin territory by retaining industrial and municipal customers, identifying new opportunities, presenting process instrumentation and flow-control solutions, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The representative manages customer relationships, coordinates delivery and installation, supports troubleshooting, maintains CRM activity records, and collaborates with OEM, engineering, and technical teams. The role requires three to five years of outside sales experience, mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Oversee accounting operations, monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, lease accounting, multi-state sales and use tax compliance, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, internal controls, and audits for multiple subsidiaries. Partner with operational leaders on financial decisions and manage subsidiary accounting teams. Travel approximately 15% to support close processes, systems rollouts, and staff development.

Drive automation product growth across Northern and Central Illinois and Indiana by managing customer accounts, developing OEM relationships, specifying controls and automation products into machine designs, and supporting technical sales. Provide application support, electrical system design, cost estimates, solution proposals, customer presentations, field support, sales training, CRM and ERP documentation, and education on automation technologies.
