Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence across pharmaceutical distribution operations. Partner with executives and operations leaders on automation, facility expansion, capacity planning, labor modeling, KPI development, process standardization, and investment cases. Analyze operational data, identify root causes, implement cross-functional improvements, and ensure sustained adoption. The role requires a strategic, hands-on player-coach who can improve productivity, efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost while preparing operations for future growth.

Lead controlled-substance compliance through CDD, KYC, and SOM activities. Conduct site visits and investigations, assess diversion risk, analyze customer activity, maintain documentation, support regulatory reporting, and improve compliance processes while collaborating with pharmacy customers, internal stakeholders, and regulators.

Manage manufacturer debit memos, chargebacks, returns, and outstanding balances; investigate discrepancies, compile supporting documentation, communicate with manufacturers and internal teams, maintain tracking tools and policies, and drive process improvements to recover funds and reduce revenue leakage.

Maintain and update contract pricing and customer eligibility, manage high-volume chargeback lines, resolve pricing/data discrepancies, collaborate with manufacturers/GPOs/internal teams, analyze data with Excel/other tools, and support process improvements and cross-training.
