Maintain and update contract pricing and customer eligibility, manage high-volume chargeback lines, resolve pricing/data discrepancies, collaborate with manufacturers/GPOs/internal teams, analyze data with Excel/other tools, and support process improvements and cross-training.

Coordinate marketing initiatives and trade shows by managing digital assets, event logistics, promotional inventory, manufacturer programs, project tracking, reporting, and cross-team communications to ensure timely, organized, and efficient marketing operations.

Lead controlled-substance compliance through CDD, KYC, and SOM activities. Conduct site visits and investigations, assess diversion risk, analyze customer activity, maintain documentation, support regulatory reporting, and improve compliance processes while collaborating with pharmacy customers, internal stakeholders, and regulators.

Manage manufacturer debit memos, chargebacks, returns, and outstanding balances; investigate discrepancies, compile supporting documentation, communicate with manufacturers and internal teams, maintain tracking tools and policies, and drive process improvements to recover funds and reduce revenue leakage.
