Manage and grow a portfolio of retail pharmacy customers across Southwest Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. Build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers through regular field visits, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues with internal teams, and maintain accurate territory information. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, independent territory management, pharmacy workflow knowledge, and regular travel by car with occasional overnight stays.

Configure and maintain customer EDI connections, monitor transactions, troubleshoot data exchange failures, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues with customers and internal teams. Gather requirements, document configurations and workflows, support testing and implementations, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and customer-support skills, with familiarity with business systems, data environments, and productivity tools.
