Role Overview
As a Contracts/Chargeback Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining contract pricing, customer membership, and managing chargebacks across multiple Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), including PHS and Apexus. This role involves collaboration with manufacturers, GPOs, and internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate contract pricing.
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, terminations, and files.
- Proactively identify and resolve pricing or customer data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate and timely updates.
- Manage a high volume of chargeback lines and ensure timely responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Analyze data using Excel, text files, or access databases.
- Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train on departmental functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline programs.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree is a bonus
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Related business experience in accounting, auditing, or data analysis preferred
