About the Role

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s continued growth. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a collaborative environment, values strong relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to build talent pipelines, strengthen processes, and help shape how we attract great people.


What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
  • Manage high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple departments and roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring
  • Create and refine job descriptions and interview questions aligned with business needs
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks and educational institutions
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and interview teams
  • Organize and attend local job fairs and recruitment events as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate communications within the ATS
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, full cycle recruiting across multiple roles and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
