Provide technical customer support for Moov’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app channels. Troubleshoot frontend and API issues, create proof-of-concept implementations, guide customers through best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams. Analyze recurring issues, improve documentation and internal tooling, and help enhance customer satisfaction and resolution times.

The Customer Service Engineer will provide technical support for Moov's platform, troubleshoot frontend issues, and assist customers in integrating Moov's APIs. They will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve user experiences and documentation.

Conduct end-to-end fraud and AML investigations, manage KYC/KYB onboarding queues, perform merchant underwriting and due diligence, validate partners with support and banks, author investigative reports, and help refine FRAML processes to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
