As the Events & Marketing Manager, you will manage sponsorships, brand activations, and event execution while collaborating with various teams and vendors to enhance MoonPay's brand presence.

Lead branding and multidisciplinary design projects, creating brand identities, interactive digital experiences, design systems, wireframes, screens, and prototypes. Collaborate with design leads, motion and 3D teams, present work to clients, and ensure design integrity across platforms. Requires strong craft, accessibility focus, and experience with interactive 3D/web technologies.

Lead branding and multidisciplinary design projects including web/UI, motion, and 3D. Define brand systems, design prototypes and interactive experiences, present to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional design and creative leadership. Must have agency senior experience and strong craft in typography, motion, accessibility, and interactive technologies.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for global teams, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, org design, workforce planning, change management, and engagement. Lead complex case management, develop global people policies, coach managers, and use people data and automation to improve organizational effectiveness across multiple jurisdictions.

The Analytics Engineer will build data models, support financial functions, and collaborate with finance and crypto engineering teams to enhance data operations.
