Own the multi-year KYB product strategy for MoonPay Enterprise, including business onboarding, conversion funnels, API and partner experience, compliance workflows, verification vendors, and provider orchestration. The role requires turning regulatory requirements into scalable product logic, improving verification speed and automation, measuring funnel performance, and expanding AI-assisted review while maintaining risk controls. This principal-level PM partners closely with compliance, banking providers, and engineering to build an API-first B2B onboarding platform.

Leads MoonPay’s independent, risk-based global internal audit function across regulated entities and digital asset operations. Designs audit programs aligned with IIA standards, assesses capital, AML/KYC/KYT, operational, custody, and supervisory controls, coordinates regulatory audits with external auditors, maintains examination readiness, and presents audit plans, findings, and emerging risks to the Board and senior leadership.

Lead 24/7 SOC operations by monitoring and investigating security alerts, handling complex incidents, analyzing email and endpoint threats, and improving detection capabilities. Mentor analysts, review escalations, conduct knowledge sharing, manage shift schedules, maintain runbooks and incident documentation, monitor external attack surfaces, and provide performance feedback and development recommendations to the SOC Manager.

Monitor security alerts across network, endpoint, and cloud environments; investigate suspicious activity and data-exfiltration indicators; respond to incidents using established playbooks; remediate phishing and malware threats; manage endpoint and identity-security workflows; support first-line IT requests; document tickets, incidents, and shift notes; monitor external attack-surface threats; and improve runbooks and knowledge-base documentation.

Own the real-time fraud decisioning platform and complete machine learning lifecycle, including feature infrastructure, model serving, feedback loops, fallback paths, monitoring, replay, shadow testing, staged rollouts, and model retirement. Lead technical direction through ambiguity, establish engineering standards, scale high-availability services under strict latency budgets, and ensure alignment between training and production serving.

Lead Product Data & Analytics, building and scaling a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts. Own roadmap, standards, experimentation, metrics, and data products; embed analytics into product development; partner with cross-functional leaders; hire and mentor senior staff and report impact to execs.

Conduct transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations to identify money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activity. Review wallet screening and KYT alerts, perform open-source research, assess customer and transactional risk, document alert dispositions, and escalate suspicious activity. Prepare or support Suspicious Matter Reports while meeting compliance deadlines and service-level agreements. Collaborate with FIU leadership, regional compliance teams, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements are met.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define metrics, run root-cause analyses and experiments, build tracking, reporting, and automated alerts, model data in dbt/BigQuery, scale AI-assisted analytics for self-serve, and communicate insights to drive product and business decisions.

Own and architect the React Native mobile experience across iOS and Android. Build, maintain, and ship high-quality, tested features in a small cross-functional squad; collaborate with product, design, and external providers; estimate and execute projects; and scale mobile products as the company expands.

Lead design and evolution of a company-wide data platform spanning streaming, batch, warehousing, orchestration, governance, and ML enablement. Deliver core platform capabilities, reliable real-time pipelines, shared tooling, and scalable infrastructure. Drive cross-team initiatives, champion golden paths, improve reliability/cost/observability, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor senior engineers while influencing technical strategy and standards.

Own the roadmap for authentication and identity verification, balancing onboarding conversion, fraud risk, and regulatory compliance. Improve onboarding funnels, manage KYC/IDV vendor relationships, translate regulatory needs into product specs, work with Engineering to ship secure auth flows, define funnel metrics, and represent Identity across Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal.

Partner with the SVP of Corporate Development to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, support strategic transactions and partnerships, drive alignment across senior stakeholders, and build operating cadences for prioritization and tracking. Produce strategic analysis and materials to enable senior leadership decision-making and ensure execution and measurable outcomes.

Build and maintain high-throughput transaction and wallet infrastructure for on-chain/off-chain flows. Design transaction lifecycle, retry/rebroadcast and recovery strategies, support cross-chain and DeFi integrations, improve observability and operational guardrails, and own end-to-end engineering, incident response, and reliability for financial correctness and auditability.

Build and maintain high-throughput blockchain transaction infrastructure: broadcasting pipelines, wallet and lifecycle management, cross-chain and DeFi integrations, failure recovery, observability, and financially correct, auditable systems. Take end-to-end ownership from design through incident response to improve reliability and scale.

Provide end-to-end legal support for MoonPay's DeFi and regulated crypto products, advising product and engineering teams from ideation through launch. Advise on regulatory characterization, licensing implications, non-custodial wallet/MPC architectures, AI agent integrations, and commercial agreements while building scalable playbooks and partnering with Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and external counsel.

Lead M&A people workstreams from due diligence through post-close integration across multiple jurisdictions. Manage TUPE/transfer processes, design integration plans (onboarding, benefits, payroll, policy harmonisation), advise on employment law and people risk, own communications, track integration metrics, and provide generalist HR support as needed.
