Lead and supervise Central Plant operations and maintenance staff, ensure efficient operation of HVAC, refrigeration, and power distribution systems, manage budgets and vendor contracts, maintain PM records, schedule shifts, and train personnel while upholding safety and regulatory procedures.

Sell and book group visits to attraction venues to meet revenue and solicitation goals. Maintain knowledge of exhibits and programs, coordinate with departments, follow up promptly with clients, attend client meetings and trade shows, and ensure events meet client specifications.

Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, schedule and confirm appointments, handle phone and email inquiries, process payments and retail sales, maintain bookings and reception area, coordinate with spa staff and hotel departments, assist with inventory and opening/closing tasks to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings; cook and monitor oven temperatures and times; plate and package orders; maintain clean, sanitized workstations; monitor inventory and discard spoiled ingredients; follow recipes and safety protocols; manage order slips and ensure timely completion; train and mentor kitchen staff.

Manage development, implementation, maintenance, backups, security, and training for all property IT systems (PMS, POS, accounting, ticketing, networking, backups, VMs). Supervise MIS staff, solve system/control issues, ensure uptime and on-call support, and coordinate vendors and secondary systems.
