The role also liaises with other departments, travels to community and educational events, enforces policies, and may serve as manager on duty.

Oversees daily care, husbandry, exhibit readiness, facility maintenance, and staff supervision for aquarium cnidarian exhibits, including coral and jellyfish areas. Responsibilities include animal acquisitions, records, nutrition, disease prevention, water quality, live food production, public education, training, scheduling, and emergency support. The role requires expertise in jellyfish propagation, coral health, life support systems, and aquatic animal care.

Provides educational and interpretive experiences for guests through exhibit staffing, animal interactions, guided tours, presentations, field trips, camps, workshops, special events, and school programs. Requires strong communication, public speaking, customer service, teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and an interest in marine biology, nature, and science. The role involves working with children and animals, standing or walking for extended periods, variable environmental conditions, weekends, holidays, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prepares dough, sauces, toppings, and pizzas according to recipes and customer orders. Monitors oven temperatures and cooking times, packages completed orders, manages order slips, maintains inventory, and cleans and sanitizes workstations, utensils, and equipment. Follows food safety procedures, disposes of spoiled ingredients, provides customer service, and may train or mentor kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize POS systems supporting ticketing, food and beverage, and related operations. Lead POS technicians, coordinate upgrades and deployments, support payment systems, provide user training, maintain documentation and equipment inventories, analyze reports, and ensure PCI compliance and data integrity. The role also collaborates with departments on requirements, project implementation, change management, and urgent system support.

Provide on-site security and safety for hotel and attractions by monitoring CCTV and alarm/access systems, conducting inspections, responding to incidents, documenting events, assisting management, and delivering professional guest service while following safety policies and contingency plans.

Operates the ropes course and zip line, inspecting equipment, fitting harnesses, securing participants, monitoring safety, managing emergency procedures, assisting guests, operating the zip line braking system, and processing payments. Must complete certified operator training and pass written and practical tests for annual certification. Requires comfort working at heights, physical strength, reliability, communication skills, and ability to manage guest safety and experience.

Lead and supervise aquarium dive operations, ensuring dive safety and DSM compliance. Inspect, maintain, and repair dive equipment; train and audit divers; run emergency drills; coordinate with other departments; support public programming and international expeditions; maintain dive records and promote a strong safety culture.

Lead and supervise Central Plant operations and maintenance staff, ensure efficient operation of HVAC, refrigeration, and power distribution systems, manage budgets and vendor contracts, maintain PM records, schedule shifts, and train personnel while upholding safety and regulatory procedures.

Oversee daily care, husbandry, health, and exhibit readiness for cnidarian and other collection animals. Maintain life-support systems, facilities, supplies, records, and animal diets; assist with acquisitions, treatment, rearing, and conservation research. Supervise, train, and schedule biologists, conduct guest tours and presentations, support media events, and ensure safety and operational procedures. The role requires wet-environment work, heavy lifting, irregular hours, and occasional emergency overtime.

Provide daily care and husbandry for rainforest animals, maintain records, assist with treatments and animal movements, present to the public, maintain exhibits and report needs, perform physical tasks in wet/outdoor environments, and work weekends/holidays with overtime availability.
