Inspect, maintain, and repair dive equipment; train and audit divers; run emergency drills; coordinate with other departments; support public programming and international expeditions; maintain dive records and promote a strong safety culture.

Manage and oversee all Moody Gardens dive operations, enforcing safety policies, training and scheduling divers, maintaining and servicing dive equipment, keeping dive records, conducting emergency drills and audits, supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating with other departments, supporting public presentations and expeditions, and ensuring compliance with AAUS, OSHA, and internal dive safety standards.

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings; cook and monitor oven temperatures and times; plate and package orders; maintain clean, sanitized workstations; monitor inventory and discard spoiled ingredients; follow recipes and safety protocols; manage order slips and ensure timely completion; train and mentor kitchen staff.

Manage development, implementation, maintenance, backups, security, and training for all property IT systems (PMS, POS, accounting, ticketing, networking, backups, VMs). Supervise MIS staff, solve system/control issues, ensure uptime and on-call support, and coordinate vendors and secondary systems.
