Manages Accounts Payable operations, including invoice verification, payment processing, reconciliations, check and ACH runs, vendor issue resolution, recordkeeping, and financial reporting. Supervises and trains Accounts Payable staff, coordinates workflows, maintains account balance files, collaborates with purchasing and warehouse teams, and supports the Controller with accounting responsibilities.

Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates interpretive naturalists supporting exhibits, tours, educational programs, and special events. Develops training materials, maintains staff and inventory records, coordinates program logistics, resolves customer service issues, conducts meetings and public programs, and supports hiring and performance management. The role also liaises with other departments, travels to community and educational events, enforces policies, and may serve as manager on duty.

Administer, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize POS systems supporting ticketing, food and beverage, and related operations. Lead POS technicians, coordinate upgrades and deployments, support payment systems, provide user training, maintain documentation and equipment inventories, analyze reports, and ensure PCI compliance and data integrity. The role also collaborates with departments on requirements, project implementation, change management, and urgent system support.
