Provide teller and member services including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, posting loan payments, selling negotiable items, and opening accounts. Accurately handle and secure cash, maintain balances and controls, cross-sell credit union products, and comply with banking regulations (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC).

Provide prompt, accurate member service and perform teller cash-handling tasks including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, new accounts, and cross-selling credit union products while maintaining cash controls and complying with banking regulations.

Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive card acquisition, digital engagement, and new member growth. Manage marketing automation (Visa Campaign Solutions, SMS, email), website/ATM content, analyze campaign and channel data, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure timely, on-brand communications and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across website, app, email, SMS, and digital media to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption using data-driven testing, personalization, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Lead and manage the network team to design, maintain, and secure LAN/WAN, servers, virtualization, cloud services, VoIP, and network hardware. Oversee staff development, backups, documentation, vendor collaboration, end-user support, and compliance with financial regulations.
