Provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Community Relations Department. Coordinates marketing requests, communications, promotional materials, budgets, vendors, website and intranet updates, statement messaging, branch deployments, and marketing events. Maintains files, inventories, displays, and schedules while supporting internal teams and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of marketing materials across various channels.

Provide member-facing financial services: open accounts, process transactions and loans, cross-sell products, handle cash balancing and controls, support community business development, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Provide teller and member services including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, posting loan payments, selling negotiable items, and opening accounts. Accurately handle and secure cash, maintain balances and controls, cross-sell credit union products, and comply with banking regulations (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC).
