Teams at Monterra Credit Union

Provides branch-based financial services to credit union members, including account opening, loan processing, cash handling, transaction support, product recommendations, and regulatory compliance. Builds community relationships and supports business development while cross-serving deposit, lending, investment, and other financial products. Maintains accurate cash reserves and negotiable items, exercises judgment to meet member needs, and delivers personalized financial education and service.

Processes member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and cash disbursements. Balances and secures cash reserves, maintains key and dual controls, opens membership and deposit accounts, and explains credit union products and services. Provides courteous member service, cross-services financial products, handles inquiries and account requests, and complies with applicable banking regulations.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Community Relations Department. Coordinates marketing requests, communications, promotional materials, budgets, vendors, website and intranet updates, statement messaging, branch deployments, and marketing events. Maintains files, inventories, displays, and schedules while supporting internal teams and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of marketing materials across various channels.
