Develops, integrates, maintains, and supports the credit union’s core banking and enterprise applications. Responsibilities include software development, APIs, SQL reporting, automation, job scheduling, system integrations, troubleshooting, security controls, technical project leadership, vendor coordination, compliance support, and end-user assistance. Provides technical guidance and mentorship while ensuring application reliability, data accuracy, secure development, and effective technology operations.

Coordinates enterprise projects from planning through closeout, managing schedules, requirements, budgets, risks, vendors, deliverables, testing, and status reporting. Supports technology implementations, integrations, process improvements, automation, and strategic initiatives. Facilitates cross-functional meetings, documents decisions and action items, maintains project governance records, gathers requirements, monitors dependencies, and escalates issues. The role also supports Agile and hybrid project delivery practices and helps ensure projects remain on time, within scope, and within budget.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports core network and systems infrastructure. Provides senior escalation for complex networking, firewall, cloud, identity, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and infrastructure issues. Leads integrations, upgrades, documentation, audits, automation, and mentors IT staff to improve stability, performance, and compliance.

Oversee all accounting operations for the credit union, including financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, asset/liability management, policies and controls, investments, board reporting, audit/Call Report oversight, supervising accounting staff, and supporting CFO on month-end and accounting projects to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements.

Lead daily operations of the credit union, oversee branch, contact center, digital banking, and operational departments. Drive strategy execution, process improvement, regulatory compliance, financial and budget oversight, risk management, and member experience. Mentor leaders, foster organizational culture, and represent the credit union externally.
