Support and enhance the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC program by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activity, preparing SARs/CTRs and regulatory filings, conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts, supporting audits and regulatory exams, updating policies and training, and collaborating across teams to mitigate financial crime risk.

Oversee all accounting operations for the credit union, including financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, asset/liability management, policies and controls, investments, board reporting, audit/Call Report oversight, supervising accounting staff, and supporting CFO on month-end and accounting projects to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports core network and systems infrastructure. Provides senior escalation for complex networking, firewall, cloud, identity, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and infrastructure issues. Leads integrations, upgrades, documentation, audits, automation, and mentors IT staff to improve stability, performance, and compliance.
