Teams at Monroe Community Credit Union

Lead and enhance the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program by monitoring transactions, investigating complex alerts, preparing SARs/CTRs/FinCEN filings, conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts, supporting audits/examinations, updating policies and training, and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen controls and mitigate financial crime risk.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports core network and systems infrastructure. Provides senior escalation for complex networking, firewall, cloud, identity, endpoint security, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and infrastructure issues. Leads integrations, upgrades, documentation, audits, automation, and mentors IT staff to improve stability, performance, and compliance.

Oversee all accounting operations for the credit union, including financial reporting, general ledger, budgeting, asset/liability management, policies and controls, investments, board reporting, audit/Call Report oversight, supervising accounting staff, and supporting CFO on month-end and accounting projects to ensure compliance and accurate financial statements.
