Provide tier-1/2 technical support for merchant API integrations and payment flows, troubleshoot errors and transaction failures, collaborate with third-party providers and engineering, maintain docs and onboarding guidance, participate in on-call rotations, and improve internal tooling to optimize merchant payment performance.

Lead technical integrations and onboarding for merchants: design end-to-end payment architectures, run strategy sessions, own API/SDK integration and testing, advise on payment optimization, produce technical docs and tooling, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Lead and mentor a Customer Success team focused on payment infrastructure. Build scalable success processes, SLAs, ticket prioritization, incident response, and customer knowledge bases. Develop analytics to track payment health, collaborate with engineering and product on integrations and escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and drive root-cause analysis.
