Provide tier-1/2 technical support for merchant API integrations and payment flows, troubleshoot errors and transaction failures, collaborate with third-party providers and engineering, maintain docs and onboarding guidance, participate in on-call rotations, and improve internal tooling to optimize merchant payment performance.

Design, build, and maintain secure, fault-tolerant backend APIs and distributed systems for payment infrastructure. Lead small engineering teams, own end-to-end delivery, design CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with frontend and infrastructure teams, perform code reviews, and create internal documentation while optimizing merchant developer experience.

Lead technical integrations and onboarding for merchants: design end-to-end payment architectures, run strategy sessions, own API/SDK integration and testing, advise on payment optimization, produce technical docs and tooling, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
