Supervises dietary staff, supports menu and recipe development, manages special diets, orders supplies, assigns work, verifies meal accuracy, trains employees, coordinates cleaning, inspects equipment, and supports cost control while ensuring nutritious, courteous, and efficient service.

Provides table service in health center dining rooms, including setting tables, taking orders, serving residents and guests, clearing dishes, answering menu questions, assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas. The role requires courteous communication, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to lift and push carts. Previous table-service experience is preferred, but training is provided.

Coordinates resident dining reservations, catering requests, special events, menus, meal records, charges, liquor inventory, reports, scheduling, staffing support, and dining service. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, computer, and administrative skills, with flexibility for weekend work.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including medication administration, clinical treatments, documentation, admissions and discharges. Supervises resident assistants, coordinates care with other disciplines, follows physician orders, and reports community and resident conditions to health services leadership. The role emphasizes compassionate, hospitality-focused resident engagement and requires a valid Florida LPN license and emergency availability.

Leads administrative operations for a senior living community, including reception, office management, clerical support, scheduling, records, purchasing, and workflow improvement. Supervises and develops administrative staff, supports executive and department leaders, coordinates meetings and events, handles escalated concerns, and ensures compliance with policies and confidentiality standards. The role also assists with reports, audits, regulatory reviews, and strategic initiatives while delivering professional service to residents, families, associates, and visitors.

PRN staff must work three shifts per month when available.

Candidates need Arizona caregiver certification, at least one year of Med Tech experience after certification, CPR and First Aid certification, and a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.

Requires broad general maintenance and construction knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, fire systems, and related building repairs. The role also requires CPR-AED certification within 90 days and a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver’s license.
