Provides overnight direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents on a PRN basis. Manages prospect pipelines from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, builds referral relationships, oversees digital and print marketing, hosts community events, coaches sales staff, tracks performance, prepares reports, and ensures regulatory and ethical compliance. Partners with community, regional, corporate, and agency teams to strengthen outreach, brand consistency, and resident satisfaction.

Provides human resources and financial support to a senior living community and Executive Director.
