Provides meal service support in a skilled nursing facility, including preparing snacks and special feedings, setting up trays and tables, verifying plated meals, clearing dishes, handling linens, stocking supplies, and cleaning and sanitizing work areas. The role also requires menu assistance, resident and guest interaction, training participation, and compliance with food service procedures.

The MDS Coordinator, RN oversees nursing care and interdisciplinary care planning for senior living residents. Responsibilities include completing and submitting accurate MDS assessments, selecting assessment reference dates and diagnosis codes, supporting PDPM reimbursement, monitoring quality measures, leading interdisciplinary meetings, validating documentation, and maintaining CMS and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Connecticut RN license, BLS certification, MDS software expertise, and knowledge of MDS regulations and transmittal processes.

Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads, serves meals to health center residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, transports food and supplies, and maintains a clean, safe station. Follows hygiene, dress code, training, and supervisor instructions while providing attentive service to seniors.
