Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires compassion, English communication skills, and an understanding of measurements. Nursing home food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including phone coverage, visitor assistance, filing, records retrieval, correspondence, meeting coordination, minutes, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and departmental event planning. The role supports managers and supervisors while responding to administrative inquiries and maintaining efficient office operations.

Provides emergency medical, fire, life-safety, and security responses for residents, staff, and guests. Patrols buildings and grounds, performs resident welfare checks, maintains safety logs, controls parking and building access, responds to minor maintenance issues, escorts residents and staff, delivers items, and transports employees between the campus and off-site parking.
