Teams at Momentum Solar

Manages and expands an in-field canvassing and lead-generation team for a residential solar company. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, managing KPIs, implementing strategic growth plans, developing team systems, improving new representative success, and fostering a positive performance culture. The role requires collaboration across departments and local travel as needed.

Perform month-end close tasks (bank reconciliations, aging review, fixed asset tie-outs), prepare collections and invoice reports linking production and rates, validate check requests/approvals, and produce ad-hoc expense reporting while improving processes.

Design and deliver sales training for new hires and employees: identify training needs, implement curriculum, conduct role-play and presentations, and improve sales skills and company efficiency.
